Or start from the platform
- YouTube85YouTube is the only platform here that pays Pakistani creators directly and keeps working for years. A video you upload today can still bring viewers in 2029. For a business it is the trust engine — someone searches your name, finds a twelve-minute video of you explaining something properly, and turns up already convinced.
- TikTok99TikTok is where an unknown shop in Rawalpindi can pull 300,000 views on its third video. Nobody has to follow you first. For food stalls, salons, clothing brands and property tours it is the cheapest attention in Pakistan. The money does not come from TikTok though — it comes from the DMs and the WhatsApp number in your bio.
- Instagram92Instagram is where Pakistan shops. A bride picks her makeup artist from a Reel, a mother orders lawn suits from a Story, a gym signs a member from a DM. It is a catalogue, a shopfront and a customer service desk at the same time. If people look before they buy, you need it.
- Facebook103Everyone in Pakistan still quietly uses Facebook — parents, plot dealers, car buyers, most of Rawalpindi. It is where a forty-five-year-old man looks for a plot in Bahria, where furniture gets sold inside groups, and where your post ends up as a WhatsApp forward. Older audience, bigger wallets, and ads that cost far less than Instagram.
- LinkedIn15LinkedIn is how Pakistanis get paid in dollars. Software houses in I-9, freelancers working from Bahria and consultants in Blue Area find overseas clients here, and HR managers read your profile before they call you. Nobody sells biryani on LinkedIn. But if your customer is a company or a recruiter, this is the only room they sit in.
- WhatsApp Channels67Everyone in Pakistan is already on WhatsApp — the shopkeeper, the doctor, the plot dealer, your mother. A Channel is one-way broadcast: people follow, you send updates, and nobody sees anybody else's number. It is the only place your message arrives as a notification instead of fighting for space in a feed.
