Social media management for business coaches and trainers in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Business coaching in Islamabad is sold from a stage. A Saturday seminar in a Blue Area hotel costs PKR 3,000 a seat, and the PKR 60,000 cohort gets sold at the back of the room. Nobody signs up from a poster. They sign after watching you fix a real shop's pricing on camera.

What makes social media hard for business coaches and trainers?

These are the things we hear most from business coaches and trainers in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01You cannot name clients. The best turnaround you ever did was for a Rawalpindi trader who will not let you use his name, his sector or his numbers.
  • 02Half the market thinks coaching means MLM, so every ad collects a comment asking whether this is another network marketing scheme.
  • 03Free registrations look wonderful until Saturday morning, when 200 sign-ups become 60 filled chairs and a hall you already paid for.
  • 04Someone always says the same advice is free on YouTube — and they are half right, so you need a reason to be paid.
  • 05Enquiries die in the last ten days of Ramadan and the Eid week, then everyone wants to start on the same Monday.

What should a business coache business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Fix one business on camera

Take a single real twin-city business, put its actual numbers on screen with the owner's permission, and change one thing — the price, the stock, the salesman's pay — while people watch you think.

  • A Raja Bazaar cloth shop with PKR 8 lakh stuck in old stock: three moves to free the cash
  • Why a Saddar mobile shop selling more every month is taking home less
  • A home baker charging PKR 2,500 for a cake that costs her PKR 1,900 — rebuilding the price live

02

The numbers nobody taught them

Most owners here can read a bank balance and nothing else. Teach one figure per post — margin, cash cycle, salary structure — using amounts a twin-city business would actually recognise.

  • What your shop really earns after rent, bijli and two salaries
  • Working capital explained through one kiryana store's month
  • Paying a salesman in 2026 Islamabad: fixed, commission, or both

03

The room, not the promise

Proof beats claims. Film what actually happens at a session — the question everyone asked, the argument in the third row, a student's shop six months later shot inside his own shop.

  • Two minutes from Saturday's session: the question the whole room asked
  • A student's shop six months on, filmed by him, with the numbers he agreed to share
  • The first thirty minutes of a cohort, uncut

04

Straight answers to the objection

Say out loud the things people whisper about coaches. Who should not join, what you will not do, and why your fee is what it is. Handling the objection publicly is the sales pitch.

  • Why my cohort costs PKR 60,000 when the same advice sits free on YouTube
  • Who should not join this batch — three types of business I turn away
  • I am not going to find you investors. Here is what I actually do.

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Seats run PKR 2,000 to 15,000. A cohort or mastermind sits at PKR 50,000 to 150,000 per person and a corporate workshop day at PKR 100,000 upward. Most coaches already burn PKR 30,000 to 80,000 a month on Meta ads for registrations.

Azad Chaiwala

Blunt, unpolished business advice filmed anywhere — proof that a strong opinion outperforms a rented conference room and a suit.

Facebook

Enablers

Built a training business by filling halls first and selling from the stage second. The event is the content and the content refills the event.

YouTube

Extreme Commerce

Long, detailed sessions in Urdu rather than clipped motivation — the length itself filters out people who were never going to pay.

Where are business coaches and trainers concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • F-7

F-7 Markaz — everybody calls it Jinnah Super — is the market every person in Islamabad has shopped in at least once. Saeed Book Bank, bridal boutiques, salons, phone shops and a thick ring of restaurants. Behind it the sector is quiet, leafy and costly, full of embassy staff and business families.

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

Rawalpindi

  • Bahria Town Phase 1–6

The first six phases of Bahria Town Rawalpindi are the settled ones — trees grown in, families moved in years ago. Civic Centre in Phase 4 is the commercial anchor, with a cinema, restaurants and clinics. Customers here check your Instagram before they visit, and they will pay for presentation.

  • Saddar

Saddar is the Cantt side of Pindi's old shopping heart. Bank Road and Kashmir Road are lined with tailors, shoe shops, opticians and watch repairers who have held the same shutter for forty years. Trade runs on walk-ins from the railway station and the Cantt offices, and almost none of it is online.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

Which services move the numbers for business coaches and trainers?

Business coaches questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for business coaches and trainers in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most business coaches and trainers start on Pro at PKR 70,000+. Two seminars a month means ads, a landing page and a flood of registrations at once, on top of a weekly teardown video. Pro covers three platforms and the ad account together so nothing waits on a designer. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should business coaches and trainers focus on first?

YouTube. A fifteen-minute teardown of a real twin-city business is the only thing that makes a stranger trust you enough to pay PKR 60,000, and it keeps selling seats months later. We would run it at 1 long-form teardown per week plus 3 shorts cut from it and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a business coache business?

fix one business on camera, the numbers nobody taught them, the room, not the promise — those three alone fill a month. Take a single real twin-city business, put its actual numbers on screen with the owner's permission, and change one thing — the price, the stock, the salesman's pay — while people watch you think.

Do you work with business coaches and trainers in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of business coaches and trainers around Blue Area, F-7, F-8, I-8. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a business coache account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
