Case studies
What the work actually did
Real accounts, real numbers. Every figure on these pages says where it came from and when it was measured, and nothing appears here without the client agreeing to it first. Where we have not done that work yet, there is no page — we would rather be short than invent one.
All case studies
None published yet. Client work is under way, and a case study appears here when the client has agreed to it and the numbers can be sourced — not before.
Our prices are published in full in the meantime, and the free audit will tell you what we would change on your account before you spend anything.
Twin City Digital publishes results only with the client’s written permission, and every figure names its source.
How to read a case study
How to tell a real result from a screenshot
Most agency case studies in Pakistan are a follower count and a graph going up. That is not evidence of anything: followers can be bought for a few thousand rupees, and a graph with no axis labels is a drawing. Four questions separate a result from a claim, and they work on our pages as well as anyone else’s.
Where did the number come from?
Every figure on these pages names the tool it was read from — YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, a WhatsApp Business export, the client’s own booking system. A number with no named source is a number someone typed.
When was it measured?
Results decay. A figure from eighteen months ago on a platform that has changed its ranking twice since tells you about a different internet. Each row here carries the date it was true, and the period the work covered.
Did anything change commercially?
Reach is not revenue. The figures worth reading are the ones a business would notice anyway: enquiries a week, bookings on a quiet day, calls that stopped being missed. Where we only moved a vanity metric, we say that instead of dressing it up.
Did the client agree to this?
Nothing appears here without written permission from the client it is about. That is enforced in our own database, not just promised — a case study cannot be published until consent is recorded against it.
If a figure on any of these pages looks wrong to you, ask us about it on WhatsApp and we will show you where it came from. Our prices are published in full for the same reason.
