We edit YouTube videos from the raw footage you record on a phone or camera and send over WhatsApp or Google Drive. That means cutting dead air, tightening the pace so viewers stay, cleaning the audio, adding B-roll and captions, and exporting the long-form video alongside vertical cuts for Shorts.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Deliverables
Send everything you recorded, unedited, at the highest quality your phone allows. On WhatsApp, attach clips as documents so they are not compressed; for anything long, a shared Google Drive folder is easier. Add a few close-ups of the product, the dish or the screen you are talking about, because B-roll comes from these.
Editing is the main lever on watch time once a video exists. Cutting pauses, reaching the point quickly and changing the frame every so often keeps viewers from leaving. We read each video's retention graph and adjust the next edit wherever your audience in Islamabad, Rawalpindi or abroad dropped off.
Caption in the language your viewers read most comfortably, which for many twin-city audiences means English text over Urdu speech, or Roman Urdu. Burned-in captions help people watching on mute in a Blue Area office or on the Metro to Saddar. We also upload a separate captions file so YouTube can index what is said.

STEP 1
Attach clips on WhatsApp as documents rather than videos so they are not compressed, or upload everything to a shared Drive folder.
STEP 2
The editor builds the video around its strongest moment, then sets the pace using the retention graphs from your earlier uploads.
STEP 3
You watch a preview and send notes by timestamp on WhatsApp; we make the changes before anything is published.
STEP 4
The final file goes up with its title, thumbnail and captions, and the vertical cuts are queued as Shorts.

WhatsApp usYes, most of what we edit is shot on phones. A recent phone, a clip-on microphone and a window for light are enough for a talking-head channel. What no edit can rescue is audio recorded far from the mic, so if you buy one piece of equipment, make it a microphone.
Yes. You watch a preview and reply on WhatsApp with timestamps and notes, such as cut this line or the spelling on screen is wrong. We fix those before publishing. If you want the structure of a finished video rebuilt from scratch, we talk about it first, because that is closer to a new edit.
Yes. Conversations recorded in a studio or an office in I-8 or Gulberg Greens suit us well: we sync two cameras or two phones, clean both microphones and cut the full episode, then pull the strongest moments into vertical clips. Giving each speaker their own microphone makes the biggest difference to the result.
