Social media management for event management companies in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Corporate Islamabad runs on events: product launches, conferences at the Convention Centre, dealer nights, university convocations, donor seminars for NGOs. A mid-size corporate event here bills PKR 400,000 to 2,500,000, and the person deciding is a marketing manager who will judge you entirely on your last twenty Instagram posts.

What makes social media hard for event management companies?

These are the things we hear most from event management companies in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01The client approves the concept two days before the event and still wants it filmed as though you had a month.
  • 02Load-shedding or a generator failure can ruin an entire setup, and the client blames you rather than the power supply.
  • 03Corporate clients demand a full proposal deck with 3D renders before they will even discuss a budget, all of it unpaid.
  • 04Your strongest events are for clients who forbid you from posting a single photo of their venue or guests.
  • 05Everything happens at once from October to December and again after Eid, then two dead months where the crew still needs paying.

What should a event planner business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Empty room to full room

The one format this trade owns outright: a timelapse of a bare hall at 8am becoming a lit, dressed venue by 6pm. It is the entire sales pitch in twenty seconds.

  • Convention Centre hall, 9am to 7pm, compressed into 30 seconds
  • The same marquee dressed three completely different ways
  • Load-in day: forty people, six trucks, one deadline

02

What it costs to do properly

Give real budget tiers for the twin cities: what PKR 300,000 buys, what PKR 1,000,000 buys, and where the money actually goes — lighting, sound, staffing and generator backup.

  • A 200-guest corporate dinner on PKR 800,000, line by line
  • Why sound and lighting eat thirty percent of every event budget
  • Marquee versus hotel banquet in Islamabad: the honest comparison

03

Things that go wrong

Power cuts, monsoon rain, a chief guest arriving forty minutes late, a generator tripping mid-speech. Show the contingency plan, not only the highlight reel.

  • The generator plan we run at every outdoor event
  • A monsoon function on the lawn — what our rain cover actually is
  • Guest count jumped from 200 to 280 at 7pm: here is what we did

04

Crew and craft

Corporate buyers are purchasing reliability. Show the crew, the rigging, the run sheet and the rehearsal — the unglamorous competence that makes a manager feel safe signing off.

  • Reading a run sheet: how a three-hour event is planned to the minute
  • Our rigging and safety check before doors open
  • Meet the crew who set up while everyone else is asleep

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Corporate events in Islamabad bill PKR 400,000 to 2,500,000 with roughly twenty to thirty percent as your margin; a family birthday setup sits at PKR 60,000 to 200,000. Two extra corporate enquiries a quarter cover the content budget outright.

Instagram · around 190k followers

Qasim Yar Tiwana (QYT Events)

A named person rather than a faceless company. The founder is the brand and the grid reads as one continuous portfolio instead of scattered jobs.

Instagram · around 85k followers

Daisy Dot Events

Working across Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad while holding one visual style. Consistency of look is what makes a portfolio feel expensive.

Instagram · around 21k followers

Zee Events

A mid-sized operation proving you do not need six figures of followers — you need a grid a client can scroll for two minutes and trust.

Where are event management companies concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • F-7

F-7 Markaz — everybody calls it Jinnah Super — is the market every person in Islamabad has shopped in at least once. Saeed Book Bank, bridal boutiques, salons, phone shops and a thick ring of restaurants. Behind it the sector is quiet, leafy and costly, full of embassy staff and business families.

  • F-10

A settled upper-middle-class sector on the western side, popular with doctors, serving officers and retired families. F-10 Markaz carries clinics, dental surgeries, labs, bakeries and bank branches rather than nightlife, and the sub-sector strips fill up after school hours with tuition centres and salons. Fatima Jinnah Park is on its doorstep.

  • E-11

E-11 grew out of separate cooperative societies, which is why its streets do not line up like the rest of Islamabad. It is the city's flat belt: young couples, students and bachelors renting apartments, with a mini market in every sub-sector and a crowded Markaz of eateries, hostels and property offices.

  • DHA Islamabad

DHA Islamabad runs along the GT Road and the Expressway on the city's southern edge, with Phase II carrying most of the built-up life. Giga Mall pulls shoppers from both cities, and the blocks around it hold showrooms, restaurants, gyms and private schools. Residents skew towards serving and retired officers.

  • Gulberg Greens

Gulberg Greens is farmhouse Islamabad — big farmhouse plots off the Expressway that turned into a wedding and events belt. Marquees, open-air restaurants, nurseries and shoot locations line the blocks, while the Civic Centre side carries offices and clinics. Bookings peak from October to March and go quiet through Ramadan.

Rawalpindi

  • Bahria Town Phase 1–6

The first six phases of Bahria Town Rawalpindi are the settled ones — trees grown in, families moved in years ago. Civic Centre in Phase 4 is the commercial anchor, with a cinema, restaurants and clinics. Customers here check your Instagram before they visit, and they will pay for presentation.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • event management company in Islamabad
  • corporate event planner Rawalpindi
  • birthday decoration Islamabad price
  • event planner near me Islamabad charges
  • marquee booking Islamabad rates
  • event company Bahria Town Rawalpindi
  • conference organizer Islamabad Convention Centre

Which services move the numbers for event management companies?

Event planners questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for event management companies in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most event management companies start on Growth at PKR 35,000. Event work generates footage every week and almost none of it gets edited. Growth turns each event into a film plus twelve vertical cuts, so the portfolio grows as fast as the calendar does. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should event management companies focus on first?

Instagram. Corporate clients shortlist event companies by scrolling a grid, which means your last twenty posts are the proposal whether you like it or not. We would run it at 5 reels plus daily stories during event season and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a event planner business?

empty room to full room, what it costs to do properly, things that go wrong — those three alone fill a month. The one format this trade owns outright: a timelapse of a bare hall at 8am becoming a lit, dressed venue by 6pm. It is the entire sales pitch in twenty seconds.

Do you work with event management companies in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of event management companies around F-7, F-10, E-11, DHA Islamabad. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a event planner account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
