We do it for businesses in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and the domain, hosting account and files stay registered to you throughout.

Deliverables
It covers keeping the software current, backing up the site somewhere other than its own server, watching for downtime and malware, renewing the domain and hosting on time, and making the small edits a business needs, such as Ramadan timings, a new doctor joining an F-11 clinic, or a branch in Satellite Town closing.
You should, always. The domain belongs in your name or your company's, tied to an email address you control, and the hosting account should be yours too, with us working through delegated access. A common twin-city trap is discovering the domain was registered to a former developer only when it expires and nobody can renew it.
We restore the last clean backup, find how the attacker got in, close that hole, change every password and ask Google to review the site if it was flagged. With current updates and off-site backups this is a contained repair; without backups it can mean rebuilding from screenshots, which is why backups come first.
