Social media management for religious speakers and scholars in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

A khateeb in Islamabad already produces content every Friday — it just dies inside the mosque. One 40-minute bayan cuts into eight clips, which is a month of posting. Dars invitations, majlis bookings and a Ramadan calendar that funds the year all begin with someone finding a two-minute clip at 1am.

What makes social media hard for religious speakers and scholars?

These are the things we hear most from religious speakers and scholars in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01One sentence clipped out of a 40-minute bayan can run as a fight in your comments for a week.
  • 02Fake channels re-upload your bayans with their own logo and collect the views and the revenue.
  • 03Ramadan is thirty days of taraweeh, dars and travel with nobody free to edit — and it is the month everyone is watching.
  • 04Mosque audio is the enemy: one echoing mic, a ceiling fan, and a phone propped against the water cooler.
  • 05Someone always drops the maslak question under a video about salah, purely to start a sectarian fight.

What should a religious speaker business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

One question, one answer

Take a single question people are too shy to ask a scholar in person, answer it in ninety seconds with one clear position, and leave the debate for the long bayan.

  • Qaza namaz kaise parhein — one method, ninety seconds, no argument
  • Is a conventional bank job haram? The question asked properly, answered honestly
  • What to do the morning you miss Fajr again

02

The Friday clip

The khutba already happened and the room already reacted. Pull the two minutes that landed, caption it in Urdu and English, and publish it while people are still driving home.

  • Two minutes from today's khutba, captioned in Urdu and English
  • The dua from this week's dars with a translation card
  • The story from Friday that three people asked you to repeat

03

The calendar of the year

The Islamic year gives you a fixed content plan: Ramadan, Shab-e-Barat, Muharram, Rabi-ul-Awwal, the first ten days of Zil Hajj. Record the series before the month starts, not during it.

  • A thirty-day Ramadan series filmed in one week before Ramadan begins
  • First ten days of Zil Hajj: one act of worship per day
  • What is actually established for Shab-e-Barat and what people added

04

For the household

Mothers are the ones who forward your clips into family groups. Give them something for the children and something for the argument they are having at home this week.

  • Three duas a child can learn before Eid
  • Talking to a teenager who has stopped praying, without shouting
  • Five minutes of adab you can teach at the sehri table

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Most speakers charge nothing for the bayan itself. The money moves around it — printed books, a Ramadan appeal for the madrasa, overseas dars tours, and ad revenue that only matters past a few hundred thousand monthly views. Editing at PKR 15,000 a month is usually the entire budget.

Our recommendation for this trade

Growth — PKR 35,000 per month

You already speak four times a week, so nothing new has to be recorded. Growth turns existing bayan footage into four long uploads and twelve captioned clips a month, and keeps the comments from turning into a fight.

  • 4 long-form videos edited
  • 12 Shorts, Reels or TikToks edited
  • Thumbnails for everything we publish
  • Full channel or page SEO
  • Comment and DM replies
  • Weekly report on WhatsApp
  • 1 strategy call every month

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

YouTube · millions of subscribers

Maulana Tariq Jamil

Decades of bayans, clipped and re-clipped by hundreds of pages — proof that the same recording can serve dozens of audiences if someone cuts it.

YouTube

Al-Huda International

An Islamabad institution that turned structured Quran classes into a publishing habit, reaching women who could never attend the campus in person.

YouTube · millions of subscribers

Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza

Unedited question-and-answer sessions, published in full — the length and the raw format are exactly what his audience trusts.

Where are religious speakers and scholars concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • G-11

G-11 Markaz is one of the liveliest markets on the western side — cheap food, bakeries, mobile shops, banks, and enough student and hostel traffic to keep it open late. The sub-sectors mix owner-occupied houses with rented portions, so customers run from retired officers to people in their first job.

  • I-10

I-10 is where a lot of the twin cities' everyday trade happens. The Markaz is packed with keenly priced clothes, shoes, phone shops and furniture, and the sub-sectors hold cheap rentals for students and workers. Its edge on IJP Road makes it as much a Rawalpindi market as an Islamabad one.

Rawalpindi

  • Ghauri Town

Ghauri Town runs to seven phases off the Expressway and is the twin cities' student and young-renter belt. Rooms are cheap, mess kitchens feed hundreds, and half the shops are aimed at people who will move out in two years. High turnover means constant new customers and almost no loyalty.

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Raja Bazaar

Raja Bazaar is the old city's wholesale engine — narrow lanes off Fowara Chowk where cloth, gold and crockery move by the carton, not the piece. Moti Bazaar dresses a large share of the twin cities' brides. Business peaks in the ten days before Eid and goes flat through the monsoon.

  • Wah Cantt

Wah Cantt is a company town built around Pakistan Ordnance Factories, about an hour up GT Road from Pindi. The streets are numbered, clean and orderly, and the population is salaried and educated. Schools, a medical college and a genuine café culture make it feel like a small city, not a suburb.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • islamic scholar Islamabad bayan
  • jumma khutba Islamabad masjid
  • qaza namaz ka tarika Urdu
  • Ramadan bayan 2026 Urdu
  • islamic speaker booking Rawalpindi
  • dars e quran Islamabad online
  • mufti se sawal Urdu mein

Which services move the numbers for religious speakers and scholars?

Religious speakers questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for religious speakers and scholars in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most religious speakers and scholars start on Growth at PKR 35,000. You already speak four times a week, so nothing new has to be recorded. Growth turns existing bayan footage into four long uploads and twelve captioned clips a month, and keeps the comments from turning into a fight. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should religious speakers and scholars focus on first?

YouTube. Full bayans have a long life and overseas listeners play them for an hour while driving, while Shorts cut from the same recording bring the new listener in. We would run it at 2 full bayans plus 5 shorts per week and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a religious speaker business?

one question, one answer, the friday clip, the calendar of the year — those three alone fill a month. Take a single question people are too shy to ask a scholar in person, answer it in ninety seconds with one clear position, and leave the debate for the long bayan.

Do you work with religious speakers and scholars in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of religious speakers and scholars around G-11, I-10, Ghauri Town, Satellite Town. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a religious speaker account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
