Social media management for movers and packers in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Moving house in the twin cities is a one-Mazda-trip decision. A one-bed shift starts near PKR 28,000 and a 5-to-10 marla house lands around PKR 53,000. Nobody plans a move — they search on the day the notice runs out. So your content has to be findable, priced, and full of proof that nothing gets broken.

What makes social media hard for movers and packers?

These are the things we hear most from movers and packers in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Every enquiry is kitna lagega on WhatsApp with no floor number, no mention of a lift and no list of items.
  • 02One cracked LED screen or a scratched dining table wipes out the profit on the entire job and earns a one-star review.
  • 03Third-floor flats with no lift in G-11 and I-8 cost you double the labour you quoted over the phone.
  • 04Work stacks up at month-end and through the July posting season, then goes flat for weeks.
  • 05Anyone with a Shehzore calls himself a packers and movers company, so price becomes the only thing customers compare.

What should a movers and packer business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

The packing itself

Bubble wrap on a 55-inch TV, blankets over a wardrobe, corner guards on glass, boxes labelled by room. Customers are buying carefulness, and carefulness is the one thing a camera can actually show.

  • Packing a 55-inch TV properly, start to finish
  • Taking apart and wrapping a wooden bed without losing a single screw
  • What our crockery boxes look like when they are opened at the other end

02

Real jobs, timed

One move filmed from arrival to unloading, naming both locations, the house size and the hours it took. Timelines beat adjectives, and a customer with a deadline is buying the timeline.

  • 10-marla house, G-13 to Bahria Phase 8, in one day
  • Third-floor flat with no lift — how the crew handled it
  • Office shift over a Sunday: forty desks, one weekend

03

Price honesty

Publish the ranges: one-bed, two-bed, 5-marla, 10-marla, within city and to Lahore. Then say what adds cost — floors, no lift, glass tables, pianos. Whoever posts a price gets the call.

  • Our actual rate card for moves within Islamabad
  • Five things that push your quote up on the day
  • Why a Rawalpindi to Islamabad shift can cost less than one across G-11

04

Move-day advice

Practical checklists people need at 9pm the night before: what to pack yourself, what to unplug early, gas cylinder rules, society gate passes and clearance letters.

  • The box you should pack last and open first
  • Getting a gate pass from your society before move day
  • What we will not load onto the truck, and why

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

A within-city move is PKR 18,000–55,000 and an intercity load can pass PKR 120,000. Margins are thin and volume decides the month, so a page that brings four extra jobs at PKR 40,000 has already paid for itself twice over.

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Facebook

Pak Movers

They publish routes and job photographs rather than only a phone number, which is what stops the customer comparing on price alone.

Facebook

Qadri Movers & Packers

Actual shifting jobs posted as video. Footage of your own crew working is the cheapest trust available in this trade.

Facebook

GS Movers and Packers Islamabad

A small Islamabad operator posting job videos with the number on screen. Here the smallest team can genuinely out-post the biggest.

Where are movers and packers concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • G-11

G-11 Markaz is one of the liveliest markets on the western side — cheap food, bakeries, mobile shops, banks, and enough student and hostel traffic to keep it open late. The sub-sectors mix owner-occupied houses with rented portions, so customers run from retired officers to people in their first job.

  • G-13

G-13 was laid out for federal government employees and is now fully lived in — four sub-sectors of houses, a growing Markaz, and families who bought early and stayed. Clinics, schools, bakeries and property offices dominate. NUST and the motorway are both close, so student rentals are common here.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

Rawalpindi

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Murree Road

Murree Road is the spine that carries Rawalpindi from Marrir Chowk up to Faizabad, with the Metro Bus running above it the whole way. Car showrooms, marriage halls, furniture galleries and coaching centres take the frontage; everything behind them is housing. Being seen from the bus lane is the whole game.

  • Bahria Town Phase 1–6

The first six phases of Bahria Town Rawalpindi are the settled ones — trees grown in, families moved in years ago. Civic Centre in Phase 4 is the commercial anchor, with a cinema, restaurants and clinics. Customers here check your Instagram before they visit, and they will pay for presentation.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • movers and packers Islamabad charges
  • house shifting service Rawalpindi
  • ghar shifting ka kharcha kitna hai
  • packers and movers near me Islamabad
  • office shifting company Islamabad
  • Islamabad to Lahore house shifting cost
  • Mazda booking for house shifting Rawalpindi
