Social media management for ENT clinics in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Every March, Islamabad's paper mulberry pollen fills the ENT waiting rooms. That season, plus winter tonsil cases and monsoon ear infections, is basically your whole calendar. A consultation is PKR 2,000 to 3,500 and a hearing aid fitting starts around PKR 60,000. Content that names the season people are living through gets read.

What makes social media hard for ENT clinics?

These are the things we hear most from ENT clinics in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Pollen season triples the load for six weeks and no phone line in the city can cope with it.
  • 02Parents delay a needed tonsillectomy for two years because someone told them the child will stop growing.
  • 03Hearing aids from PKR 60,000 upward get rejected on price, then the patient buys a cheap one from a shop and it fails in a month.
  • 04Roadside ear cleaners around Raja Bazaar send you perforated eardrums that you then have to repair.
  • 05Sinus patients want an instant fix and stop the nasal spray on day four, right before it would have worked.

What should a ent specialist business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Islamabad's pollen season

From late February the mulberry count takes over the city and everyone assumes it is flu. Start posting three weeks early: what it is, what helps, what to stop taking, and when it has turned into asthma.

  • Pollen allergy or flu? Four differences you can check yourself at home
  • Which mask actually helps in March, and when to keep the windows shut
  • The nasal spray everyone uses wrong, with the correct angle shown on camera

02

Children's ears and tonsils

The two operations parents fear most. Explain the criteria honestly: how many infections in a year, what glue ear does to school performance, and what recovery week actually looks like.

  • When tonsils should come out, and the number of episodes that decides it
  • Glue ear: the child is not ignoring you, they genuinely cannot hear you
  • Grommets explained in five sentences for a frightened parent

03

Stop putting things in your ears

Oil, cotton buds, matchsticks and roadside ear cleaners. Show the damage through the scope, then show what proper wax removal in a clinic is: three minutes, painless, and done under vision.

  • What a perforated eardrum looks like through the scope
  • Professional wax removal filmed end to end, with no drama and no pain
  • Why pouring oil into a blocked ear makes it worse, not better

04

Hearing, and the years people waste

Most people wait a decade before accepting a hearing aid, usually on price and appearance. Show the test, show the modern devices, and be honest about the PKR 60,000 to 250,000 range.

  • A hearing test filmed start to finish. Fifteen minutes, nothing painful
  • What PKR 60,000 buys versus PKR 200,000 in a hearing aid
  • Why shouting at an older relative makes them understand less, not more

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Consultation PKR 2,000 to 3,500, a tonsillectomy PKR 60,000 to 120,000, septoplasty from PKR 100,000, hearing aids PKR 60,000 to 250,000 a pair. Six weeks of pollen season can account for a quarter of the year's consultations.

Our recommendation for this trade

Growth — PKR 35,000 per month

Pollen season alone justifies it. Six weeks of daily posting in March needs a team, not a doctor with a phone, and Growth covers that surge while keeping the rest of the year steady.

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Facebook · one of Islamabad's biggest hospital pages

Shifa International Hospital

Their posts are organised by specialty, which proves people follow a department, not a building. An ENT clinic should post as an ENT, not as a business.

YouTube · one of Pakistan's largest health-content publishers

Marham

Their tonsil, sinus and vertigo videos are one doctor and a microphone. This niche needs explanation, not production value.

Facebook · a large national doctor-booking platform

oladoc

They rank for 'ENT specialist in Islamabad' with a directory listing. One clinic with real content and real reviews can beat a directory locally.

Where are ENT clinics concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • G-9

G-9 Markaz is Karachi Company, the market ordinary Islamabad actually shops in. Wedding-season cloth, shoes, luggage, mobile repair, cheap electronics and a hundred tailors, spread over blocks that stay busy until late. The residential side is older middle-class housing and government flats, so footfall never depends on visitors.

Rawalpindi

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Commercial Market

Commercial Market is Satellite Town's high street: two long rows of clothing outlets, shoe shops, cosmetics counters and food carts that fill up after Maghrib. It sells to families rather than wholesalers, so prices are fixed and the evening crowd decides everything. Parking is the standing complaint.

  • Chaklala Scheme 3

Chaklala Scheme 3 is settled Cantt-side housing beside PAF Base Nur Khan, the old Benazir Bhutto airport. Serving and retired officers' families live here, so the money is steady and the taste is conservative. The market runs to cafés, dental clinics, uniform tailors and academies rather than anything loud.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • ENT specialist in Islamabad
  • naak kan gala doctor Rawalpindi
  • pollen allergy Islamabad treatment
  • tonsils ka operation kitne ka hai
  • hearing aid price Pakistan
  • sinus ka ilaj Urdu
  • best ENT doctor near me Satellite Town

Which services move the numbers for ENT clinics?

ENT specialists questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for ENT clinics in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most ENT clinics start on Growth at PKR 35,000. Pollen season alone justifies it. Six weeks of daily posting in March needs a team, not a doctor with a phone, and Growth covers that surge while keeping the rest of the year steady. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should ENT clinics focus on first?

Facebook. Pollen, tonsils and hearing are family topics, and a worried parent asks the sector group here before calling anyone. We would run it at 4 posts a week, rising to daily through march and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a ent specialist business?

islamabad's pollen season, children's ears and tonsils, stop putting things in your ears — those three alone fill a month. From late February the mulberry count takes over the city and everyone assumes it is flu. Start posting three weeks early: what it is, what helps, what to stop taking, and when it has turned into asthma.

Do you work with ENT clinics in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of ENT clinics around Blue Area, F-8, G-9, Satellite Town. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a ent specialist account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
