Website design and development

E-commerce website development in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

We build online stores for sellers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom code, whichever suits the catalogue. Checkout handles cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cards through a local gateway, orders are prepared for your courier, and products are uploaded for you. We will also tell you when Daraz alone is enough.

On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.

Deliverables

What you get with our e-commerce website development

  • Store set up on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build, chosen with you
  • Cash on delivery plus a JazzCash, Easypaisa or card gateway
  • Delivery charges by city and order details ready for your courier
  • Product upload with photos, variants, sizes and stock levels
  • Order confirmation on WhatsApp to catch fake COD orders before dispatch
  • Product schema and category pages structured for search
  • A walkthrough on handling orders, refunds and exchanges

Should I use Shopify or WooCommerce for an online store in Pakistan?

Shopify suits a seller who wants low upkeep and can pay a monthly platform fee in dollars; WooCommerce suits one who wants full control and cheaper hosting but needs updates looked after. For a boutique in F-7 Markaz or a furniture seller in Rawalpindi, we choose after seeing catalogue size and who handles stock.

  • Custom code makes sense for unusual ordering, such as made-to-measure furniture.
  • Moving platforms later is possible but tedious, so the first choice matters.

Can my website take cash on delivery, JazzCash and Easypaisa?

Yes. Cash on delivery is built into every store we set up, and JazzCash, Easypaisa and card payments run through a Pakistani payment gateway that settles into your bank account. The gateway needs your business documents for approval, so that paperwork starts early, while the design and catalogue are still being built.

Is Daraz enough, or do I need my own online store?

Daraz alone is enough while you are testing products and want its traffic without building anything. Your own store makes sense once repeat buyers ask for you by name, when commission eats too much margin, or when you want customer numbers for WhatsApp follow-ups. Plenty of Rawalpindi and Islamabad sellers sensibly run both side by side.

Process

How e-commerce website development runs, step by step

  1. STEP 1

    Pick the platform

We weigh Shopify, WooCommerce and custom against your catalogue size, who will manage stock and whether you can carry a monthly platform fee in dollars.

  2. STEP 2

    Payments and delivery

Cash on delivery is switched on, a payment gateway is applied for in your business's name, and delivery rules are set for each city you ship to.

  3. STEP 3

    Catalogue upload

You send product photos and a spreadsheet; we upload them, write the titles and arrange the categories a shopper would expect.

  4. STEP 4

    Test orders, then open

Real test orders go through with every payment method and a courier booking before the store opens to customers.

Questions about e-commerce website development

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.

WhatsApp us
Can you connect my store to a courier?

Yes. We set up delivery zones and charges, and get order details into the format your courier needs, through the courier's own plugin or portal where one exists, or an export your team books from. We check what your particular courier supports before promising an automatic connection.

How do I deal with fake cash-on-delivery orders?

Mostly by confirming before you dispatch. We add a WhatsApp confirmation step, flag numbers that refused parcels before, and can ask for advance payment above an order value you choose or for distant cities. Nothing stops every fake order, but it stops you shipping blind.

Who uploads the products?

We do the first upload from your photos and a simple spreadsheet of names, sizes, colours and stock. After launch you can add products yourself from the dashboard, or send new arrivals on WhatsApp and we add them. Very large catalogues are quoted separately after the audit.
