Social media management for immigration and study-visa consultancies in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

This is the most crowded content market in Islamabad. Blue Area alone holds dozens of visa consultancies and every one of them runs the same Facebook ad. What actually separates you is proof: real refusal letters, real timelines, real costs. A single UK student file earns PKR 80,000 to 200,000, so the maths supports serious content.

What makes social media hard for immigration and study-visa consultancies?

These are the things we hear most from immigration and study-visa consultancies in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01The word consultant is poisoned — every prospect has heard about someone who paid five lakh and got a refusal and no refund.
  • 02Rules change without notice: a country closes a work stream and three months of your content is instantly wrong.
  • 03You cannot promise a visa, and every competitor's ad promises one anyway.
  • 04Hundreds of DMs from people with no funds, no IELTS and no intention of paying a file fee.
  • 05Success stories need the client's face and passport, and half of them refuse to be filmed.

What should a immigration consultant business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Refusal reasons, read out loud

Take a real refusal letter with the name blurred, read the officer's stated reason, and explain what the file was missing. Nothing builds trust with a Pakistani applicant faster than this.

  • Why this UK student visa was refused on the financial requirement, line by line
  • Credibility interview: the four questions that sank an application
  • Australia subclass 500 refused on GTE — what the statement should have said

02

Country files with real numbers

One country per week: current tuition, the living-cost proof required, processing time from Islamabad, and the total rupees a Rawalpindi family should budget from start to boarding pass.

  • Studying in Germany from Pakistan: blocked account amount and the real total cost
  • UK January intake — deadlines counted backwards from Islamabad
  • Canada study permit this year: what changed and who it stops

03

The file, opened on camera

Show the actual folder: bank statement format, sponsor affidavit, IELTS result, offer letter. Applicants fear the paperwork more than the fee, and seeing it laid out calms them down.

  • Six months of bank statements — what the embassy is really checking
  • How a sponsor letter should be worded, with a sample on screen
  • Attesting documents at HEC and MOFA: the route, the queues and the timings

04

Students already there

Video calls with former clients now in Manchester, Berlin or Melbourne: rent, part-time work rules, how they found accommodation. This is the content parents watch twice.

  • A Rawalpindi student's first month in Manchester: rent, groceries, part-time hours
  • Working the legal hours in Germany — what it actually pays
  • What I would do differently: three former students, one question

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

File fees run PKR 50,000 to 250,000 depending on destination, plus IELTS coaching at PKR 20,000 to 35,000 per student. Ten extra files a year from content cover a PKR 70,000 monthly retainer several times over, which is why ad spend in this niche is so heavy.

Our recommendation for this trade

Pro — PKR 70,000+ per month

Two platforms minimum, weekly long-form, and paid ads that need watching daily. Pro covers the volume, the month-ahead calendar and the ad management — in a market where everyone advertises, consistency is the only edge.

  • 2-3 platforms managed together
  • Near-unlimited editing (fair use)
  • Paid ads managed (ad spend separate)
  • Full content calendar, planned a month ahead
  • Consultancy call every two weeks
  • Weekly report plus a live dashboard

Where are immigration and study-visa consultancies concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • G-9

G-9 Markaz is Karachi Company, the market ordinary Islamabad actually shops in. Wedding-season cloth, shoes, luggage, mobile repair, cheap electronics and a hundred tailors, spread over blocks that stay busy until late. The residential side is older middle-class housing and government flats, so footfall never depends on visitors.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

Rawalpindi

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Commercial Market

Commercial Market is Satellite Town's high street: two long rows of clothing outlets, shoe shops, cosmetics counters and food carts that fill up after Maghrib. It sells to families rather than wholesalers, so prices are fixed and the evening crowd decides everything. Parking is the standing complaint.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

Which services move the numbers for immigration and study-visa consultancies?

Immigration consultants questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for immigration and study-visa consultancies in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most immigration and study-visa consultancies start on Pro at PKR 70,000+. Two platforms minimum, weekly long-form, and paid ads that need watching daily. Pro covers the volume, the month-ahead calendar and the ad management — in a market where everyone advertises, consistency is the only edge. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should immigration and study-visa consultancies focus on first?

YouTube. Every serious applicant watches an hour of country comparisons before calling anyone, and long-form is where a father decides you are not a fraud. We would run it at 2 long-form videos per week plus 3 shorts and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a immigration consultant business?

refusal reasons, read out loud, country files with real numbers, the file, opened on camera — those three alone fill a month. Take a real refusal letter with the name blurred, read the officer's stated reason, and explain what the file was missing. Nothing builds trust with a Pakistani applicant faster than this.

Do you work with immigration and study-visa consultancies in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of immigration and study-visa consultancies around Blue Area, F-8, G-9, I-8. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a immigration consultant account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
