Social media management for detailing and wrapping studios in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

This is the one automotive trade where the work photographs beautifully. Full-front PPF starts near PKR 70,000, full body runs PKR 150,000 to 350,000, and a colour wrap sits in the same range. Your feed is the portfolio: swirl marks under an inspection light, film going on, and the reveal in evening sun.

What makes social media hard for detailing and wrapping studios?

These are the things we hear most from detailing and wrapping studios in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Your PKR 200,000 PPF quote is compared against a PKR 60,000 one, and nobody can see the difference until the cheap film yellows through one Islamabad summer.
  • 02A full-body wrap blocks a bay for three to five days, so one badly sequenced booking costs you an entire week of revenue.
  • 03Dust ruins film. Between Rawalpindi's construction and the monsoon, keeping the bay actually clean is most of the skill and none of the marketing.
  • 04Customers come after the scratch, never before, so you are always selling protection to a man who has already paid for the mistake.
  • 05Every studio in the city posts the same slow reveal to the same song, so nobody can tell your ceramic coating from anyone else's.

What should a car detailing & wrapping business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Before, under the light

Detailing sells on contrast that the naked eye misses. Swirl marks and water spots only appear under a paint inspection lamp, so every job opens with that light and a slow pan.

  • A three-year-old black Civic under the inspection light before we touch it
  • Half the bonnet polished, half untouched, filmed under the same lamp
  • Water spots left by a Rawalpindi monsoon, and what they do to clear coat

02

Film and wrap, close up

Nobody outside the trade knows what PPF is. Show the film stretching over a bumper, the tape line, the corners tucked, and name the brand and the price at each stage.

  • Full front PPF on a Sportage from taped-off panel to finished edge
  • Colour change wrap on a Civic: the cost, and what happens the day you peel it off
  • Self-healing film taking a key scratch, then losing it under hot water

03

Price and lifespan

Every message you get says 'PPF ka rate?'. Answer it publicly with coverage tiers on one car, and say honestly how long each option survives on twin-city roads.

  • Front bumper only, full front, or full body — three prices marked on one car
  • Ceramic coating versus wax versus nothing, after eight months of Islamabad dust
  • Why a Land Cruiser costs almost double a Cultus to wrap

04

Owner delivery

The handover in good light is the shot people stop for. Get the owner's face at the reveal, and let him say on camera what he was worried about when he dropped the car off.

  • Owner seeing his wrapped Corolla for the first time at sunset
  • Six-month check on a PPF car that has been up the Karakoram Highway
  • A wedding car detailed overnight before the baraat leaves at nine

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Instagram · an Islamabad and Lahore detailing studio

Protek Car Care

They name the films they fit — Xpel, Gyeon, 3M — instead of saying 'imported quality'. Naming the product is what separates a studio from a wrap shop.

Instagram · a few hundred followers on the branch account

Protek Car Care Islamabad

The Islamabad branch runs a second, tiny account while the main page carries everything. Splitting a brand across two pages splits the audience too.

Facebook · a Lahore detailing and PPF studio

Pakistan Auto Detailing

One car gives them three posts: the dirty before, the film going on, the reveal. Most studios post only the reveal and waste two thirds of the job.

Where are detailing and wrapping studios concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • F-10

A settled upper-middle-class sector on the western side, popular with doctors, serving officers and retired families. F-10 Markaz carries clinics, dental surgeries, labs, bakeries and bank branches rather than nightlife, and the sub-sector strips fill up after school hours with tuition centres and salons. Fatima Jinnah Park is on its doorstep.

  • F-11

F-11 is apartment Islamabad. Blocks of flats in F-11/1 and F-11/3 keep it younger and denser than the sectors either side, and F-11 Markaz has grown into one of the busiest eating and shopping centres on that half of the city. Property offices, gyms and delivery-heavy kitchens do well here.

  • E-11

E-11 grew out of separate cooperative societies, which is why its streets do not line up like the rest of Islamabad. It is the city's flat belt: young couples, students and bachelors renting apartments, with a mini market in every sub-sector and a crowded Markaz of eateries, hostels and property offices.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

  • DHA Islamabad

DHA Islamabad runs along the GT Road and the Expressway on the city's southern edge, with Phase II carrying most of the built-up life. Giga Mall pulls shoppers from both cities, and the blocks around it hold showrooms, restaurants, gyms and private schools. Residents skew towards serving and retired officers.

Rawalpindi

  • Bahria Town Phase 1–6

The first six phases of Bahria Town Rawalpindi are the settled ones — trees grown in, families moved in years ago. Civic Centre in Phase 4 is the commercial anchor, with a cinema, restaurants and clinics. Customers here check your Instagram before they visit, and they will pay for presentation.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • car detailing Islamabad price
  • PPF price in Islamabad
  • ceramic coating Rawalpindi cost
  • car wrapping Islamabad
  • gaari ki polish kahan se karwayein Islamabad
  • paint protection film Pakistan rate
  • best car detailing studio Islamabad

Which services move the numbers for detailing and wrapping studios?

Car detailing & wrapping questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for detailing and wrapping studios in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most detailing and wrapping studios start on Pro at PKR 70,000+. The work is visual and constant, and it belongs on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at the same time. Pro covers three platforms, near-unlimited editing of daily bay footage, and ads aimed at DHA and Bahria owners. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should detailing and wrapping studios focus on first?

Instagram. The work is pure before-and-after, and the DHA and F-7 owners who will spend PKR 200,000 on paint protection browse Reels every night. We would run it at 5 reels and 7 stories a week and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a car detailing & wrapping business?

before, under the light, film and wrap, close up, price and lifespan — those three alone fill a month. Detailing sells on contrast that the naked eye misses. Swirl marks and water spots only appear under a paint inspection lamp, so every job opens with that light and a slow pan.

Do you work with detailing and wrapping studios in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of detailing and wrapping studios around F-10, F-11, E-11, I-8. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a car detailing & wrapping account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
