YouTube growth
YouTube Shorts are vertical videos of up to three minutes that play in a swipe feed. We plan, cut and publish them for twin-city channels, mostly from footage you already have: the best moment of a long video, reopened with a sharper hook, captioned, and ended so it loops cleanly back to the start.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Deliverables
They can, when each Short is a piece of a longer video and links to it. Shorts reach a large, fast-scrolling audience, and a small share of it follows through to the full video. For an Islamabad channel that teaches, reviews or explains, Shorts work best as a funnel rather than the main product.
A Shorts-only channel is worth starting if you can post often and your idea lands in under a minute: comedy, quick recipes, street food from Raja Bazaar. Be realistic about money, though. Shorts revenue sharing pays far less per view than long-form ads, so Shorts-only channels usually earn through brand deals instead.
A Short loops when its last line leads naturally into its first, so a viewer in G-11 or DHA watches it twice without noticing. Replays count as views, and a rewatched Short tends to be shown to more people. The hook has to land in the first second, because swiping away costs nothing.
Process
STEP 1
We go through your long videos and spare recordings for moments that make sense with no context at all.

Each moment gets a new opening line on screen, a tight edit, captions and an ending that loops.
STEP 3
We attach the full video as the Short's related video, so a viewer who wants more has somewhere to go.
STEP 4
Each month we compare views, subscribers gained and clicks through to the long video, and cut more of whatever actually converts.

The Starter package includes eight short edits a month posted to one platform; cutting more than that, or posting across Reels and TikTok as well, moves you to Growth or Pro.

WhatsApp usUsually, yes. Most long-form videos contain several moments that stand alone: a strong opinion, a reveal, a quick tip. We reframe them to vertical and rewrite the opening. Screen-recorded tutorials are harder, because the text becomes tiny when cropped, so for those we sometimes ask for a short phone clip instead.
You can, and plenty of channels do, but upload clean files without another app's watermark, since platforms tend to push watermarked reposts less. Hooks sometimes need adjusting too, because TikTok audiences in Pakistan chase different trends from YouTube's. Posting to more than one platform sits in the Growth or Pro package.
As many as you can make well and keep making. Months of steady posting matter more than a burst in the first week. Starter covers eight short edits a month, roughly two a week, which suits a business testing the format; channels built mainly on Shorts usually need more than that.
