Most Pakistani businesses are now asked to verify by recording a short video showing the signboard, the inside of the premises and proof you run it. Postcards to Islamabad addresses are unreliable. The video must be continuous and clearly at the address listed, so a shop in Blue Area should film the street, the sign and the counter.
Suspensions usually follow a rule broken, not bad luck. The common ones in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are a virtual office or shared co-working address listed as a storefront, keywords stuffed into the business name, several profiles for one business, and sudden large edits. Each one can be avoided, and reinstatement is slow when it happens.
It helps people decide more than it helps rankings. A profile with recent posts, current photos and answered reviews looks open and cared for, and searchers in DHA or G-13 compare three listings side by side before they call. Google has never said posts raise positions, so we treat them as conversion work, not a ranking trick.
Process

WhatsApp usYes. Google lets service-area businesses hide the street address and show the areas they cover instead, which suits technicians, caterers and tutors who work from home. You still verify at the real address, but customers only see the sectors or towns you choose. Listing a fake storefront address to avoid this is what triggers suspensions.
We cannot delete it, and nobody honest can. We can report it to Google when it breaks their policies — a competitor, someone who was never a customer, abusive language — and Google sometimes removes it. Meanwhile a calm, factual reply does more for the next reader than the review itself does harm.
You can run on the profile alone, and some small shops do. A website strengthens it, though: Google checks that the two agree, and a site gives room for services, prices and directions the profile cannot hold. That is why the Business bundle includes both rather than one or the other.
