Social media management for HR and recruitment firms in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Recruitment is a two-sided problem: you need candidates and you need clients, and they sit on different platforms. In Islamabad a placement fee is usually one month's salary, so filling a single PKR 200,000-a-month IT role is worth PKR 200,000. Content that pulls both sides pays for itself with one hire.

What makes social media hard for HR and recruitment firms?

These are the things we hear most from HR and recruitment firms in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Post one job on Facebook and 900 applications arrive, 40 of them relevant, with no way to sort them.
  • 02Candidates disappear on joining day because they used your offer to extract a counter-offer.
  • 03Clients approach your shortlisted candidate directly to avoid paying the placement fee.
  • 04Everyone thinks HR firm means CV typing, so half the inbox wants a PKR 1,500 CV and nothing else.
  • 05Your best proof — who you placed, where, at what salary — is confidential on both sides of the deal.

What should a hr & recruitment firm business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

How we actually screen

Show the process instead of describing it: what a recruiter reads first, how long it takes, which line kills an application. Candidates share this and clients quietly assess you through it.

  • Six seconds on a CV — a real first pass, screen recorded with names blurred
  • The three CV mistakes on nearly every fresh-graduate application we receive
  • Why your application was filtered out before a human ever opened it

02

Salary reality in the twin cities

The most read and least published information in Pakistan. Give honest bands by role and experience for Islamabad and Rawalpindi employers, and say where the numbers came from.

  • What a two-year React developer actually earns in Islamabad right now
  • Government versus private sector at the same experience level
  • Why the same role pays differently in I-8 and in Bahria Town

03

Live roles, told properly

A job post becomes content when you make it one. Say what the team is like, why the seat is open, and who would hate the job — that filters applications better than any keyword ever will.

  • We are hiring a Laravel developer — here is who should not apply
  • Inside the client's office: sixty seconds before you decide to interview
  • Closed in eleven days: what the successful candidate did differently

04

Written for the employer

Client-facing content about hiring cost, notice periods and retention, aimed at the finance manager who signs your invoice rather than the candidate who reads your job ad.

  • What a bad hire costs an Islamabad SME over six months
  • Hire a fresh graduate or pay for three years of experience? An honest comparison
  • Why your job ad gets 900 applications and no shortlist

Which platforms are worth it for HR and recruitment firms?

Ranked for this trade specifically, with how often we would post on each.

Platform priority for HR and recruitment firms
PlatformPriorityHow oftenWhy it works for this trade
LinkedIn#15 posts per week, mixing live roles with commentaryClient-side decision makers and mid-career candidates are both here, and this is the one niche where LinkedIn genuinely earns first place.
Facebook#2Daily job posts plus 2 non-job posts per weekVolume hiring in Pakistan — sales, call centre, admin, overseas placement — still runs through Facebook job groups and pages.
TikTok#34 videos per weekFresh graduates take their CV and interview advice from TikTok, and that is where next year's candidate pool is built.
WhatsApp Channels#43 broadcasts per weekA channel of shortlisted and placed candidates is the fastest way to fill an urgent role without reposting the vacancy everywhere.
Instagram#53 Reels per weekEmployer-branding work you produce for clients needs a home, and office and team Reels are what a candidate checks before agreeing to interview.

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Permanent placement fees run about one month's salary, so PKR 60,000 for an admin role up to PKR 300,000 for a senior engineer. Bulk and overseas recruitment earn per head instead. Two extra retained clients justify the monthly content spend immediately.

Aggregator pages recycle the same vacancies everyone else has. A named recruiter with a face and a real screening opinion is the only way to stand apart from them.

Where are HR and recruitment firms concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • G-9

G-9 Markaz is Karachi Company, the market ordinary Islamabad actually shops in. Wedding-season cloth, shoes, luggage, mobile repair, cheap electronics and a hundred tailors, spread over blocks that stay busy until late. The residential side is older middle-class housing and government flats, so footfall never depends on visitors.

Rawalpindi

  • Saddar

Saddar is the Cantt side of Pindi's old shopping heart. Bank Road and Kashmir Road are lined with tailors, shoe shops, opticians and watch repairers who have held the same shutter for forty years. Trade runs on walk-ins from the railway station and the Cantt offices, and almost none of it is online.

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

Which services move the numbers for HR and recruitment firms?

HR & recruitment firms questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for HR and recruitment firms in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most HR and recruitment firms start on Growth at PKR 35,000. LinkedIn five days a week plus vertical CV and interview clips is genuine weekly output. Growth covers the editing, the posting and the DM replies — and DMs are where placements actually begin. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should HR and recruitment firms focus on first?

LinkedIn. Client-side decision makers and mid-career candidates are both here, and this is the one niche where LinkedIn genuinely earns first place. We would run it at 5 posts per week, mixing live roles with commentary and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a hr & recruitment firm business?

how we actually screen, salary reality in the twin cities, live roles, told properly — those three alone fill a month. Show the process instead of describing it: what a recruiter reads first, how long it takes, which line kills an application. Candidates share this and clients quietly assess you through it.

Do you work with HR and recruitment firms in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of HR and recruitment firms around Blue Area, I-8, F-8, G-9. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a hr & recruitment firm account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
