Social media management for dental clinics in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Dental clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi get found two ways: someone in pain searching at 11pm, and someone comparing braces prices for three weeks. A scaling brings in PKR 3,000. One braces case brings PKR 120,000. Social media's job here is to make the second person trust you before they ever walk in.

What makes social media hard for dental clinics?

These are the things we hear most from dental clinics in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Patients only come when it hurts, so you meet everyone at the worst possible stage and never see them again for a check-up.
  • 02Braces and implants pay the rent, but nine out of ten WhatsApp enquiries are 'safai ka kitna lagta hai' at PKR 3,000.
  • 03Half the city has been to an unregistered denture maker near Raja Bazaar and now expects your prices to match his.
  • 04Ramadan empties the chair for a month because nobody wants a procedure while fasting, then Eid week is chaos.
  • 05Someone books an appointment through Instagram, never replies again, and the slot dies.

What should a dentist business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Fear, removed

People avoid the dentist because they imagine the worst. Show the actual procedure, the actual noise, and the actual amount of pain, minute by minute, with no drama and no music.

  • A 60-second walk-through of a root canal filmed from the patient's chair, with the real sensation described at each step
  • 'Does the injection hurt?' answered by showing the numbing gel that goes on first
  • A nervous patient's first cleaning, filmed with permission, start to finish

02

What it costs and why

Price is the number one WhatsApp question in this trade. Answer it publicly with ranges and explain what moves the number: the material, the number of sittings, the lab.

  • Scaling at PKR 3,000 versus deep cleaning at PKR 12,000, and what is actually different
  • Metal braces, ceramic and aligners compared over the real 18-month cost of each
  • Why one implant costs more than four fillings

03

Wedding smiles

November to February and the weeks after Eid are booking season for whitening, veneers and quick alignment. Post to the timeline, not the treatment: eight weeks out, four weeks out, one week out.

  • 'Shaadi chhe hafte door hai' and what can honestly be done in that time
  • Whitening before the mehndi, and how many shades it can realistically move
  • Why veneers cannot be started in the week of the wedding

04

Children's teeth

Parents make the decision and carry the fear. Milk teeth, thumb sucking, feeder bottle decay and the right age for a first visit, kept short and said in Urdu.

  • At what age a child should see a dentist for the first time
  • Night-time bottle and front-tooth decay, shown on a real x-ray
  • Which sweet is worse for teeth, the sticky one or the sugary one

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

A cleaning is PKR 3,000, a root canal PKR 15,000 to 30,000, braces PKR 90,000 to 180,000, an implant PKR 90,000 upward. One braces case covers six months of the Starter package. Most twin-city clinics spend PKR 10,000 to 30,000 a month on Meta ads.

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Facebook · one of Pakistan's largest health pages

Marham

Their Urdu dental videos answer the money question in the first ten seconds. Most clinics answer it last, or never.

YouTube · a large national doctor-booking platform

oladoc

They win searches like 'braces price in Pakistan' with plain explainers, then hand the booking to a clinic. A clinic can own that search itself.

Facebook · one of Islamabad's biggest hospital pages

Shifa International Hospital

Shifa posts by department rather than as one brand. A single clinic can copy that: one procedure, one post, no marketing noise.

Where are dental clinics concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • F-10

A settled upper-middle-class sector on the western side, popular with doctors, serving officers and retired families. F-10 Markaz carries clinics, dental surgeries, labs, bakeries and bank branches rather than nightlife, and the sub-sector strips fill up after school hours with tuition centres and salons. Fatima Jinnah Park is on its doorstep.

  • G-9

G-9 Markaz is Karachi Company, the market ordinary Islamabad actually shops in. Wedding-season cloth, shoes, luggage, mobile repair, cheap electronics and a hundred tailors, spread over blocks that stay busy until late. The residential side is older middle-class housing and government flats, so footfall never depends on visitors.

Rawalpindi

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Commercial Market

Commercial Market is Satellite Town's high street: two long rows of clothing outlets, shoe shops, cosmetics counters and food carts that fill up after Maghrib. It sells to families rather than wholesalers, so prices are fixed and the evening crowd decides everything. Parking is the standing complaint.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • dentist near me Islamabad
  • best dental clinic in Rawalpindi
  • braces price in Pakistan
  • danton ki safai ka kharcha
  • root canal cost Islamabad
  • dant ka doctor Saddar Rawalpindi
  • teeth whitening price Islamabad
  • dental implant kitne ka hai

Which services move the numbers for dental clinics?

Dentists questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for dental clinics in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most dental clinics start on Growth at PKR 35,000. Dental clinics need volume: before-and-afters, procedure clips and thumbnails every week across two platforms. Growth covers twelve short videos and four long ones, which is roughly one procedure explained properly every week. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should dental clinics focus on first?

Instagram. Before-and-after smiles are a visual product, and the F-7 to Bahria crowd that pays for veneers and aligners browses here first. We would run it at 4 reels and 5 stories a week, plus one cost carousel and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a dentist business?

fear, removed, what it costs and why, wedding smiles — those three alone fill a month. People avoid the dentist because they imagine the worst. Show the actual procedure, the actual noise, and the actual amount of pain, minute by minute, with no drama and no music.

Do you work with dental clinics in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of dental clinics around Blue Area, F-8, F-10, G-9. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a dentist account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
