Social media management for electronics shops in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

An electronics shop in Rawalpindi sells the same Dawlance fridge as the four shops beside it, within PKR 2,000. Nobody wins on price. What you post has to answer the questions that actually decide it: what is the monthly qist, who installs the AC, and what happens the day it stops cooling in June.

What makes social media hard for electronics shops?

These are the things we hear most from electronics shops in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01April and May sell your whole year of ACs, and by August you are selling stabilizers and waiting for winter heaters.
  • 02Four shops on the same road stock the identical model within PKR 2,000, so the only thing you can compete on is installation and after-sales.
  • 03Fifty people a day ask 'qist kitni banti hai' and 'documents kya lagenge', and answering each one by hand eats your counter staff's day.
  • 04Warranty complaints land on your page even when the fault is the manufacturer's, and the customer names your shop, not theirs.
  • 05An AC install costs you a technician's whole afternoon plus piping, and customers expect it thrown in free.

What should a electronics shop business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Installments, spelled out

Qist is the deciding factor for most buyers and almost nobody posts the numbers. Put the monthly figure, the down payment and the documents needed on one clear card per model.

  • 1.5-ton inverter AC: down payment, 12-month qist, 18-month qist on one card
  • Which documents you need to bring for an installment purchase
  • Bank card plans we accept and what the total actually comes to

02

Before the season starts

Sell service before the rush. AC servicing in March, gas top-ups before the first hot week, heater and gas-safety checks in November — when the technician is still available and the customer is not desperate.

  • March AC service: what we clean and what it costs
  • First hot week — signs your AC needs gas, not a new unit
  • November: how to check a gas heater is safe before you switch it on

03

Installation and after-sales

This is the only real difference between you and the shop next door, so film it. Copper piping, the bracket going on the wall, the technician's number the customer will actually call.

  • Full AC install on a third-floor flat, start to finish
  • What our free installation includes and what costs extra
  • A warranty claim handled: complaint on Monday, unit fixed Thursday

04

Load-shedding kit

In a summer of long outages the questions turn to UPS, batteries, inverters and solar. Explain what size runs what, in fans and lights, not in watts nobody understands.

  • This UPS runs four fans and six lights for how long, tested
  • Battery care in summer: why yours died in fourteen months
  • Solar for one room: what it actually costs to start

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

A 1.5-ton inverter AC sells around PKR 150,000 to 250,000 and a fridge 90,000 to 200,000, but margin per unit is often only PKR 5,000 to 12,000. The money is in installation, servicing and the same household coming back for the washing machine.

Campaigns are timed to Ramadan and the first hot week, not spread evenly. A shop can copy the timing even without the ad budget.

Installment plans are the headline, not a footnote. Lead with the monthly figure because that is the number the buyer is doing sums with.

Where are electronics shops concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • I-10

I-10 is where a lot of the twin cities' everyday trade happens. The Markaz is packed with keenly priced clothes, shoes, phone shops and furniture, and the sub-sectors hold cheap rentals for students and workers. Its edge on IJP Road makes it as much a Rawalpindi market as an Islamabad one.

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

Rawalpindi

  • Saddar

Saddar is the Cantt side of Pindi's old shopping heart. Bank Road and Kashmir Road are lined with tailors, shoe shops, opticians and watch repairers who have held the same shutter for forty years. Trade runs on walk-ins from the railway station and the Cantt offices, and almost none of it is online.

  • Raja Bazaar

Raja Bazaar is the old city's wholesale engine — narrow lanes off Fowara Chowk where cloth, gold and crockery move by the carton, not the piece. Moti Bazaar dresses a large share of the twin cities' brides. Business peaks in the ten days before Eid and goes flat through the monsoon.

  • Commercial Market

Commercial Market is Satellite Town's high street: two long rows of clothing outlets, shoe shops, cosmetics counters and food carts that fill up after Maghrib. It sells to families rather than wholesalers, so prices are fixed and the evening crowd decides everything. Parking is the standing complaint.

  • Murree Road

Murree Road is the spine that carries Rawalpindi from Marrir Chowk up to Faizabad, with the Metro Bus running above it the whole way. Car showrooms, marriage halls, furniture galleries and coaching centres take the frontage; everything behind them is housing. Being seen from the bus lane is the whole game.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • AC price in Rawalpindi on installments
  • electronics shop Bank Road Saddar
  • fridge qist par Islamabad
  • LED TV price Islamabad shop
  • inverter AC installation charges Rawalpindi
  • UPS aur battery shop Rawalpindi
  • electronics ki dukan ka Facebook page kaise chalayen

installments, spelled out, before the season starts, installation and after-sales — those three alone fill a month. Qist is the deciding factor for most buyers and almost nobody posts the numbers. Put the monthly figure, the down payment and the documents needed on one clear card per model.

Do you work with electronics shops in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of electronics shops around Saddar, Raja Bazaar, Commercial Market, Murree Road. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a electronics shop account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
