Social media management for martial arts academies in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Martial arts is the one trade here where the student is a child and the buyer is a parent. Fees run PKR 3,000 to 8,000 a month, the mat fills in the summer holidays and empties during exams, and the video a father actually watches is the one about safety.

What makes social media hard for martial arts academies?

These are the things we hear most from martial arts academies in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Parents decide and children attend, so every post has to work on a 40-year-old father and a nine-year-old at the same time.
  • 02November and April exams empty the mat, and the same parents return in June expecting their child to be exactly where they left off.
  • 03The first question is always whether the child will get hurt, and you answer it on a phone call instead of in a video everyone can watch.
  • 04Gradings and tournaments are your best content and they happen four times a year, so the page goes quiet for months in between.
  • 05Women's self-defence courses sell out whenever there is bad news in the papers, then nobody books for the next four months.

What should a martial arts academie business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Safety, shown not claimed

Film the mat, the headgear, the coach counting children in and out, and how a first sparring round is controlled. This is the video a father replays before he pays.

  • A seven-year-old's first controlled sparring round, filmed start to finish
  • Every piece of gear a child wears and what it cost the academy
  • The actual protocol when a child takes a hit, explained by the coach

02

Gradings and medals

Belt tests and tournaments are your four big days a year. Film them properly, name every child on screen, and every parent shares it straight into a family group.

  • A yellow belt grading end to end, with each child's name called out
  • The team coming back from a provincial tournament with their medals
  • The same student's first class and their belt test a year later

03

One technique a week

A single move, slow and then at full speed, filmed on your own mat. Children copy it at home, parents film them doing it, and that video comes back to your page.

  • Basic front kick: slow, then full speed, then a nine-year-old doing it
  • Breaking a wrist grab in three seconds without needing strength
  • How to fall without hurting yourself, taught to a complete beginner

04

Adults, and self-defence

The women's course and the adult boxing class are separate products from the children's programme. Post them separately or the kids' content will bury them completely.

  • A four-week women's self-defence course, week by week, on camera
  • Boxing for a 30-year-old who has never trained anything before
  • What MMA training actually looks like on an ordinary Tuesday night

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Monthly fees are PKR 3,000 to 8,000 per child, each grading PKR 2,000 to 5,000, and a short women's self-defence course PKR 6,000 to 15,000. Forty children on the mat is roughly PKR 200,000 a month, so filling the summer intake is the entire year's plan.

Where are martial arts academies concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • F-11

F-11 is apartment Islamabad. Blocks of flats in F-11/1 and F-11/3 keep it younger and denser than the sectors either side, and F-11 Markaz has grown into one of the busiest eating and shopping centres on that half of the city. Property offices, gyms and delivery-heavy kitchens do well here.

  • G-9

G-9 Markaz is Karachi Company, the market ordinary Islamabad actually shops in. Wedding-season cloth, shoes, luggage, mobile repair, cheap electronics and a hundred tailors, spread over blocks that stay busy until late. The residential side is older middle-class housing and government flats, so footfall never depends on visitors.

  • I-8

I-8 is the best-planned of the I sectors and the one with real office money in it. The Markaz holds banks, private hospitals, coaching academies and corporate branch offices, and the residential blocks are settled professional families. Sitting beside Faizabad and the Expressway, it pulls customers in from Rawalpindi too.

  • DHA Islamabad

DHA Islamabad runs along the GT Road and the Expressway on the city's southern edge, with Phase II carrying most of the built-up life. Giga Mall pulls shoppers from both cities, and the blocks around it hold showrooms, restaurants, gyms and private schools. Residents skew towards serving and retired officers.

Rawalpindi

  • Bahria Town Phase 7–8

Phases 7 and 8 are the newer, far bigger end of Bahria Town Rawalpindi, built around the Grand Jamia Masjid and the Eiffel Tower replica that every visitor photographs. Plots are still selling and houses are still going up, so the businesses that win are the ones people drive across town to see.

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • karate classes for kids in Islamabad
  • martial arts academy near me Rawalpindi
  • MMA gym Islamabad fees
  • taekwondo class Bahria Town Rawalpindi
  • self defence course for girls Islamabad

Martial arts academies questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for martial arts academies in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most martial arts academies start on Growth at PKR 35,000. Enrolment arrives in two bursts a year, so the content has to stay steady in between. Growth covers weekly technique clips and grading days, plus the parent messages that land every evening after school. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should martial arts academies focus on first?

Facebook. Parents in the twin cities are on Facebook, they ask in school and sector groups, and they message a page long before they call a number. We would run it at 4 posts a week and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a martial arts academie business?

safety, shown not claimed, gradings and medals, one technique a week — those three alone fill a month. Film the mat, the headgear, the coach counting children in and out, and how a first sparring round is controlled. This is the video a father replays before he pays.

Do you work with martial arts academies in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of martial arts academies around F-11, G-9, I-8, DHA Islamabad. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a martial arts academie account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
