Social media management for aesthetic clinics in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Aesthetic clinics in F-7, DHA and Bahria are in a price war. Hydrafacial at PKR 9,000, botox at PKR 30,000 a zone, fillers past PKR 45,000, and a salon two doors down offering the same names with no doctor in the building. Content here has to prove qualification, not just show a glow-up.

What makes social media hard for aesthetic clinics?

These are the things we hear most from aesthetic clinics in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Salons on the same road are injecting fillers without a doctor and undercutting you by half.
  • 02Meta rejects before-and-after ads, which is exactly the creative that converts in this trade.
  • 03Clients want results shown but not their own face shown, so your best work stays trapped in a phone.
  • 04November to February is frantic and the summer months are dead, but the rent is the same every month.
  • 05Influencers ask for free hydrafacials every week and almost none of it turns into a paying client.

What should a aesthetic and cosmetic clinic business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

Who is holding the needle

This is the entire trust argument. Show credentials, show the doctor performing the procedure, show the sterile setup and the sealed box the product comes out of. In a market full of salon injectors this is your moat.

  • Opening a sealed filler box on camera and reading the batch number aloud
  • Why a botox zone has a price, and what a unit actually means
  • Five questions to ask before you let anyone inject your face

02

What each treatment actually does

Hydrafacial, botox, filler, threads and laser blur together for most clients, so they buy on price alone. Separate them clearly, with what each one fixes and what it definitely will not.

  • Hydrafacial versus a salon facial, and what the extra PKR 9,000 buys
  • Filler for dark circles: who suits it and who will look worse afterwards
  • Threads at PKR 90,000 versus a surgical lift, compared honestly

03

When to book for the wedding

The whole season runs November to February and clients arrive far too late. Publish a countdown: what to start at six months, three months and one month, and what not to touch in the final week.

  • Six months out, and the only two things worth starting now
  • The bridal timeline as one saveable graphic
  • Three treatments never to have in the week of your shaadi

04

Aftercare and honest downtime

Nobody sells the swelling. Owning the recovery openly, day one bruising, day three swelling, day seven normal, is what brings you the clients who were burned somewhere cheaper.

  • Day one to day seven after fillers, filmed with a consenting client
  • What a laser does to your skin for the first 48 hours
  • The aftercare rules people ignore, and exactly what goes wrong

Which platforms are worth it for aesthetic clinics?

Ranked for this trade specifically, with how often we would post on each.

Platform priority for aesthetic clinics

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Hydrafacial PKR 8,000 to 20,000, botox PKR 25,000 to 50,000 per area, fillers PKR 40,000 to 70,000 a syringe, a laser course from PKR 60,000. One client who returns four times a year is worth around PKR 150,000, so retention beats reach here.

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Facebook · a long-running Pakistani cosmetic surgery and skin clinic

Cosmetique

They advertised steadily for years rather than in bursts. In aesthetics, being constantly visible is most of the product.

Facebook · one of Pakistan's largest health pages

Marham

Their botox and filler cost articles collect the searches your clinic wants. Publishing your own price range takes that traffic straight back.

Instagram · a large national doctor-booking platform

oladoc

Every card leads with the doctor's name and qualification. In a market full of salon injectors, that framing is the whole differentiator.

Where are aesthetic clinics concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • F-6

One of the oldest and richest sectors, lived in by senior civil servants, politicians and old Islamabad families. Two very different markets serve it: Super Market in the Markaz for books, banks, tailors and pharmacies, and Kohsar Market in F-6/3, where the city's expensive cafés and bakeries have clustered for years.

  • F-7

F-7 Markaz — everybody calls it Jinnah Super — is the market every person in Islamabad has shopped in at least once. Saeed Book Bank, bridal boutiques, salons, phone shops and a thick ring of restaurants. Behind it the sector is quiet, leafy and costly, full of embassy staff and business families.

  • F-10

A settled upper-middle-class sector on the western side, popular with doctors, serving officers and retired families. F-10 Markaz carries clinics, dental surgeries, labs, bakeries and bank branches rather than nightlife, and the sub-sector strips fill up after school hours with tuition centres and salons. Fatima Jinnah Park is on its doorstep.

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

  • DHA Islamabad

DHA Islamabad runs along the GT Road and the Expressway on the city's southern edge, with Phase II carrying most of the built-up life. Giga Mall pulls shoppers from both cities, and the blocks around it hold showrooms, restaurants, gyms and private schools. Residents skew towards serving and retired officers.

Rawalpindi

  • Bahria Town Phase 7–8

Phases 7 and 8 are the newer, far bigger end of Bahria Town Rawalpindi, built around the Grand Jamia Masjid and the Eiffel Tower replica that every visitor photographs. Plots are still selling and houses are still going up, so the businesses that win are the ones people drive across town to see.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • botox price in Islamabad
  • filler treatment cost Pakistan
  • best aesthetic clinic Islamabad
  • hydrafacial price Rawalpindi
  • laser treatment near me DHA Islamabad
  • bridal skin treatment Islamabad
  • chehre ka laser kitne ka hai

Which services move the numbers for aesthetic clinics?

Aesthetic and cosmetic clinics questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for aesthetic clinics in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most aesthetic clinics start on Pro at PKR 70,000+. This market is decided on Instagram and TikTok together, with paid ads through wedding season. Pro runs both platforms, manages the ad spend and plans the November to February calendar a month ahead. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should aesthetic clinics focus on first?

Instagram. This is where the entire market shops, compares and books, and an aesthetic clinic that is weak here is simply invisible. We would run it at 6 posts a week including 3 reels, plus daily stories and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a aesthetic and cosmetic clinic business?

who is holding the needle, what each treatment actually does, when to book for the wedding — those three alone fill a month. This is the entire trust argument. Show credentials, show the doctor performing the procedure, show the sterile setup and the sealed box the product comes out of. In a market full of salon injectors this is your moat.

Do you work with aesthetic clinics in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of aesthetic clinics around F-6, F-7, F-10, Blue Area. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a aesthetic and cosmetic clinic account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
