Social media management for skin clinics in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Skin content in Pakistan is dominated by herbal pages promising fairness in seven days. A dermatologist in F-8 or Satellite Town is competing with that, not with the clinic next door. Your feed's job is to be the calm, correct voice, and to turn a PKR 3,000 consultation into a PKR 60,000 laser course.

What makes social media hard for skin clinics?

These are the things we hear most from skin clinics in the twin cities. If two or three of them sound like your week, everything below is aimed straight at them.

  • 01Over-the-counter steroid creams have already damaged the skin you are asked to fix, and the patient blames you when repair takes months.
  • 02The consultation is PKR 3,000 and the patient expects visible change in a week, then leaves a one-star review at week two.
  • 03Before-and-after photos are your strongest content and the hardest to get consent for, especially from women.
  • 04Herbal pages outrank you for daghi rang, pimples and hair fall with claims you legally cannot make.
  • 05Summer prickly heat and monsoon fungal cases flood the clinic, then December goes quiet.

What should a skin specialist business post?

4 themes you can return to forever, so you are never staring at the camera wondering what to say. We build your month out of these.

01

The steroid cream problem

Half the country is using a strong steroid cream bought over the counter for a rash it was never meant for. Naming those creams, showing what they do, and offering the correct alternative is your highest-value content.

  • What facial skin looks like after three months of daily steroid cream
  • 'Fairness cream se rang gora nahi hota' and what the ingredients actually do
  • How to read a cream tube and spot the steroid in the ingredient list

02

Season by season skin

The twin cities have four distinct skin seasons: pollen rashes in spring, sun damage and ghamoriyan through June, fungal infections all monsoon, and cracked eczema in December. Post two weeks ahead of each one.

  • Ghamoriyan in June and what to do in the first 24 hours
  • Monsoon fungal infection between the toes, and why powder alone never fixes it
  • Winter lip and heel cracking, and the two products that genuinely help

03

Acne, properly

Acne is the single biggest reason a teenager or a young woman searches for you. Treat it as a series, not a post: the type, the cause, what to stop doing, and what a real three-month course looks like.

  • Six kinds of pimple in one 40-second Reel and what each one means
  • Why the acne returns every month, and what PCOS has to do with it
  • An honest three-month acne plan, including how bad month two can look

04

Procedures explained before they are sold

Laser, chemical peels and microneedling are all being sold in salons by untrained staff. Explain how each one works, how many sessions it takes, what it costs and who should not have it.

  • Laser hair removal: how many sessions, and what PKR 60,000 actually buys
  • Chemical peel versus a salon facial, explained in one minute
  • Who should never have a laser done, and why skin tone changes the settings

What is a customer worth, and what should you spend?

Consultation runs PKR 2,000 to 4,000, but the money sits in courses: laser hair removal at PKR 50,000 to 90,000 over six sessions, an acne plan at roughly PKR 12,000 a month in visits and products. One laser client is worth forty consultations.

Who is already doing this well in Pakistan?

Accounts worth studying before you post anything. We are not affiliated with any of them — they are here because the approach is worth copying.

Instagram · one of the biggest Pakistani skincare brands on social

Saeed Ghani

A herbal brand, not a doctor, currently owns skin content in Pakistan. Dermatologists lose that ground by never speaking in the same plain language.

YouTube · one of Pakistan's largest health-content publishers

Marham

Their dermatology videos are a doctor, a microphone and a plain wall. No production budget, and still the reach a clinic wants.

Facebook · a large national doctor-booking platform

oladoc

Their skin articles rank for the exact phrases patients type, like 'chehre ke daag ka ilaj'. A local clinic can take those searches back.

Where are skin clinics concentrated in the twin cities?

We work across all of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but these are the areas where this trade clusters — useful if you are working out where your customers come from.

Islamabad

  • F-8

F-8 is where Islamabad goes for its legal work. The district courts sit in F-8 Markaz, so the plazas around them are wall to wall with lawyers' chambers, stamp vendors and typists. Ayub Market handles the daily shopping, and the residents are largely government officers and settled professional families.

  • F-10

A settled upper-middle-class sector on the western side, popular with doctors, serving officers and retired families. F-10 Markaz carries clinics, dental surgeries, labs, bakeries and bank branches rather than nightlife, and the sub-sector strips fill up after school hours with tuition centres and salons. Fatima Jinnah Park is on its doorstep.

  • F-11

F-11 is apartment Islamabad. Blocks of flats in F-11/1 and F-11/3 keep it younger and denser than the sectors either side, and F-11 Markaz has grown into one of the busiest eating and shopping centres on that half of the city. Property offices, gyms and delivery-heavy kitchens do well here.

  • Blue Area

Islamabad's central business district: a long strip of office towers along Jinnah Avenue, sitting between the F and G sectors. Banks, telecom head offices, law chambers, travel agents and consultancies are stacked floor on floor, with ground-floor cafés feeding the lunch rush. Almost nobody lives here, and by nine at night it is empty.

Rawalpindi

  • Satellite Town

Satellite Town was Rawalpindi's first planned suburb, laid out in lettered blocks in the 1960s, and it has aged into a doctors' quarter. Consultant clinics, dental surgeries and small labs work out of converted houses around Holy Family Hospital. Patients are local and they choose on reputation, not advertising.

  • Bahria Town Phase 1–6

The first six phases of Bahria Town Rawalpindi are the settled ones — trees grown in, families moved in years ago. Civic Centre in Phase 4 is the commercial anchor, with a cinema, restaurants and clinics. Customers here check your Instagram before they visit, and they will pay for presentation.

These are the phrases people in this trade actually type. If your page does not answer them, someone else's does.

  • skin specialist in Islamabad
  • best dermatologist Rawalpindi
  • chehre ke daag ka ilaj
  • acne treatment cost Islamabad
  • laser hair removal price Pakistan
  • jild ke doctor F-8
  • melasma treatment Islamabad
  • skin doctor near me Bahria Town

Which services move the numbers for skin clinics?

Skin specialists questions we get every week

How much does social media management cost for skin clinics in Islamabad?

Packages run from PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 a month, and most skin clinics start on Growth at PKR 35,000. Skin needs short Reels and long explainers together, plus someone answering the DMs that follow every post. Growth gives twelve shorts, four long videos and reply handling, which is the floor for out-posting the herbal pages. A one-time audit of your existing page is PKR 5,000, credited if you go monthly.

Which platform should skin clinics focus on first?

Instagram. Skin is judged on a photograph, and the women in F-6, F-11 and DHA who pay for laser courses look here before anywhere else. We would run it at 5 reels a week, daily stories, one question box every sunday and add nothing else until that is steady.

What would you actually post for a skin specialist business?

the steroid cream problem, season by season skin, acne, properly — those three alone fill a month. Half the country is using a strong steroid cream bought over the counter for a rash it was never meant for. Naming those creams, showing what they do, and offering the correct alternative is your highest-value content.

Do you work with skin clinics in Rawalpindi as well as Islamabad?

Yes, we treat the twin cities as one service area. We see a lot of skin clinics around F-8, F-10, F-11, Blue Area. Most of the work runs over WhatsApp and Drive, and we come to you for the first meeting or a shoot.

How long before a skin specialist account starts bringing in customers?

You will see the output in week one and the numbers in month one. For a local trade like this, enquiries usually start moving in the second or third month, once there is enough posted for someone to trust that you are still open and still good.
