A mock-test post
"Full IELTS mock test this Saturday at 10am, with speaking slots in the afternoon. Third floor of the plaza beside 6th Road Metro station. Message on WhatsApp to reserve a seat."
Google Business Profile
We run Google profiles for businesses stacked in the 6th Road plazas: the pin on your plaza rather than the Metro station, the floor and suite in the address, entrance photos taken from the road, categories that separate an IELTS academy from a school, mock-test and batch posts, and real late-night hours for the food strip.
On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Every 6th Road plaza holds a dozen businesses across several floors, and Google tends to pull them to one pin, often on the Metro station itself. A student or patient searching on the platform needs to know which plaza, which entrance and which floor. Categories are muddled here too: an IELTS centre listed as a school competes with schools, and an upper-floor skin clinic listed as a beauty salon loses its medical searches. The food strip has its own issue, because late-night hours change often and stale ones cost the after-midnight customer.

A Q&A pair for a clinic
"Q: Is there a lift to the clinic? A: Yes, the plaza lift stops at our floor. Use the entrance on the service road rather than the Metro side."
Because Google often snaps plaza addresses on Murree Road to the station, the best-known point nearby. Drag the pin onto your plaza, add the plaza name, floor and suite to the address, and upload a photo of the entrance. Most 6th Road listings land correctly once those three are fixed.
Pick the category that matches what students search, such as language school or test preparation, rather than a general school category. Add secondary categories only for courses you really run. On 6th Road, where academies share plazas, precise categories are what separate yours in the map results.
Pitfalls
The area
6th Road is a Metro Bus stop that turned into a market. The plazas along Murree Road hold mobile accessory shops at street level, coaching academies and skin and dental clinics on the upper floors, and a run of late-night food. The footfall is commuters, so being visible from the road is everything.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usIndirectly. People on the platform often search for what they see from it. A profile name matching your outdoor sign exactly, with a photo of that sign, connects what commuters notice to what they find on their phone.
Yes, if it is set correctly: closing after midnight is entered against the day you opened. We set it carefully and add special hours around Ramadan and Eid, when the food strip's timings change.
