Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile for real estate offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi
We set up and run your Google Business Profile so a search for property dealer near me in Bahria, DHA or PWD finds your office: the right real estate category, your actual office on the map, weekly posts with listings and rate notes, photos of the office and team, and a reply to every review.
On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Why google business profile matters for property dealers
Plenty of buyers never start on YouTube. A family relocating from Lahore or an officer just posted to Islamabad types real estate agent Bahria Town and calls one of the three offices Google shows. Dealers cluster in the same commercial blocks, so the map pack is crowded and full of unclaimed, half-filled listings. A complete, active profile with real photos of your office and honest reviews from clients who bought or sold through you is one of the cheapest ways to win that first phone call.
The work
What we run for property dealers
- Profile claimed or created at your real office, with the real estate agency category and the societies you cover listed as services.
- Verification handled by filming the office signboard, the interior and the street, the way Google now asks for it.
- A weekly post carrying one listing, one rate note or one transfer explainer, with a photo taken that week rather than a render.
- Review requests sent to clients after transfer day, and a reply written to every review in English or Urdu.
- The questions section seeded with what buyers actually ask: visit timings, dealing from abroad and which documents to bring.

A weekly post

Does a property dealer need a Google Business Profile?
If you have an office people can visit, yes. Buyers new to Islamabad or Rawalpindi search property dealer near me and ring whoever the map shows with good photos and recent reviews. Google charges nothing for it, and in the crowded blocks of Bahria Town or DHA most competing listings are barely filled in.
Can I list my estate office in several societies on Google?
Only where you have a real, staffed office with signage. One office in Bahria Phase 7 cannot also appear in DHA and Gulberg Greens; that breaks Google's rules and risks suspension. List the other societies you cover as service areas instead, and write about them in your posts.
Pitfalls
Common mistakes with google business profile
- Putting 'Best Property Dealer Islamabad' in the business name, which breaks Google's rules and gets profiles suspended.
- Creating a separate profile for every society you deal in without a staffed office at each address.
- Asking relatives for five-star reviews in a single week, which looks suspicious and is often filtered out.

Questions about google business profile for property dealers
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usMy office is in a shared building. Can I still verify?
Usually, as long as the office has its own signage and someone is there during the listed hours. Google asks for a video of the sign, the inside and the street. A desk inside someone else's office with no board of yours tends to fail, so fix the signboard first.
How do I get reviews from overseas clients?
Send the review link on WhatsApp right after transfer day, when the client is happiest, with a one-line note on what they might mention. Overseas buyers can review from anywhere with a Google account; what matters is that they genuinely dealt with your office.
