What is Google Business Profile suspension?
A Google Business Profile suspension is when Google restricts or removes a profile because it believes the listing breaks its guidelines. A soft suspension usually stops the owner managing the profile while it stays visible; a hard suspension removes it from Maps. Common triggers are keyword-stuffed business names, a virtual office or home address shown as a storefront, sudden changes to name or address, and suspicious review patterns. Reinstatement goes through an appeal with evidence such as a utility bill, business registration, signage photos or a video of the premises.

Names like Best Plumber Islamabad 24/7 Cheap Rates instead of the real business name are a frequent trigger here. So are profiles created at a residential address in a housing society for a shop that does not exist there. Google now often asks for video verification, in Pakistan as elsewhere, so the signboard and premises should match what the profile claims.
A worked example
A Rawalpindi locksmith renames his profile Locksmith Rawalpindi Fast Service and it is suspended a week later. He changes the name back to the one on his shop board, records a short video showing the signboard, the street, the inside of the shop and his tools, and files an appeal. The appeal includes his trade licence as supporting proof.
