How do I list multiple branches on Google Business Profile?

Google allows one profile per real location. A pharmacy chain with outlets in G-9 Markaz, Saddar and Bahria Town Phase 7 can have three profiles, each verified separately. A business with one shop and a warehouse that customers never visit has one profile; the warehouse does not qualify. A desk inside someone else's office, a home where you occasionally meet clients, or a franchise you do not run yourself are the cases that most often cause trouble, so check that each branch would pass a verification video on its own before creating it.

Manage them together. Google lets you put several locations under one organisation or business group, so you can share managers and see performance side by side. Keep the brand name identical across branches — 'Kabab House' everywhere, not 'Kabab House Saddar' on one and 'Kabab House Best BBQ' on another — and let the address do the distinguishing. Use a separate phone number per branch where you can, because one shared number across several profiles can look like duplication and makes it harder to know which location the calls came from. Businesses with many locations can apply to Google for bulk verification instead of verifying one by one.

Link each profile to a matching page on your website rather than the homepage. A branch page with that location's address, timings, parking notes, a map and the services offered there gives Google consistent information and gives customers what they need. Hours often differ between branches, especially around Ramadan and late-night trade, so set them individually. Finally, expect each branch to earn its own reviews; ask customers to review the branch they visited, so that a strong location does not hide a weak one.
