How many clips should I cut from one music video?

Enough to post through the weeks around release: several vertical clips plus a lyric video, a behind-the-scenes cut and a live version. For an Islamabad artist releasing independently, a shoot planned with these outputs in mind costs little extra and yields a full month of material.

Do I need a separate shoot for vertical videos?

Not always, but it helps. Ask your videographer in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to grab a few vertical shots of the chorus at each location; otherwise we crop from horizontal footage, which works best when the subject stays centred. Phone clips from the shoot day fill gaps well.
