A Short we would cut
Opens on a hand pulling at the steel cover in a column: 'Yeh cover kam hai.' Then the supervisor measuring it, the fix, and a closing line on screen: 'Slab se pehle yeh check zaroor karein.'
Video editing
Your supervisor films on his phone; we turn it into episodes. Each site visit becomes a clean build-diary episode with stage, plot size and date on screen, cost videos get proper on-screen tables, and the most watchable moments — a slab pour, a caught mistake, a crane lift — become Shorts and TikToks.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A construction site produces more footage in a month than most businesses do in a year, and almost none of it is usable raw: shaky, noisy, unlabelled, shot from wherever the supervisor stood. Owners building from Dubai want proof, prospective clients want episodes to follow, and contractors on TikTok want the satisfying bits. One visit can serve all three if it is cut three ways. Editing is the bottleneck that keeps most twin-city builders sending four blurry photos instead of running a proper series.
The work
Examples
Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.
A Short we would cut

An episode structure
A brief recap of the last stage, the date on screen, the day's key moments at real speed with the gaps sped up, one specification called out in text, and a closing card announcing the next stage.
Film from the same few spots every visit, hold the phone horizontally for long videos, record sound close to whoever is speaking, and keep each clip short. The edit does the rest: labels, order and pace. Builders across Bahria Town and B-17 get usable episodes this way without hiring a crew.
Slab pours, steel binding, caught mistakes and same-spot before-and-afters travel furthest as short clips. On YouTube, cost breakdowns and complete build diaries hold attention longest. Plot owners in Islamabad and Rawalpindi watch both kinds — the short ones to discover a builder, the long ones to decide on him.

The Growth package covers four long-form and twelve short edits a month; multi-camera shoots, heavy motion graphics and footage we have to film ourselves are quoted separately.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usYes. Alongside the public episodes, we can cut a private weekly update for each client building from abroad: their site only, dated, with a short voice-over from your supervisor. It replaces scattered evening photos with something the client can actually show his family.
A few minutes of steady, purposeful clips per site visit is plenty, provided they are filmed at the planned spots. Long continuous recordings are harder to cut. Supervisors get a shot list for each stage, so they know exactly what to capture before the concrete arrives.
