We work with you remotely
For Karachi we run the parts of selling that happen on a screen: Daraz listings and campaigns, store SEO, TikTok ads, Google Ads for trade buyers, WhatsApp catalogues and the tracking that tells you which orders were actually delivered. All of it is managed from Islamabad, with your warehouse or shop supplying photos and clips.
Monthly packages from PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate and paid straight to the platform.
How it works
Karachi clients are served entirely online. Your team photographs stock in the godown or shop and uploads it to a shared Drive folder; we write listings, cut videos, run ads and update the store from Islamabad. Weekly reports arrive on WhatsApp, and a monthly video call goes through returns, ad spend and what to restock. We never visit Karachi, and the work does not need us to.
Our only office is in Islamabad: DevKey Tech Office, Main Service Road, H-15, Islamabad, Pakistan.
The market
Karachi is where goods arrive and where much of Pakistan's online selling is packed and shipped. Importers and wholesalers trade from Jodia Bazaar and Bolton Market, ready-made garments and leftover export stock move through Zainab Market, and Saddar and Tariq Road serve retail crowds. With so many parcels leaving its godowns, cash-on-delivery returns and courier reliability shape every seller's margin. Buyers here compare on Daraz and Instagram, wholesale clients ask for a WhatsApp price list, and sales spike around Ramadan, Eid and the November sale season.
Services
Yes. A Daraz Seller Center, a Meta ad account and a Shopify dashboard look identical from Islamabad and from Karachi. What we need from you is honest stock counts, clear product photos and quick packing. Listings, campaign bids, vouchers and the weekly sales review all happen on our side, remotely.
Fix returns first. A Karachi seller pushing cash-on-delivery orders nationwide can lose the margin on refused parcels before any ad problem shows. We check which cities, couriers and products bring back the most returns, confirm orders on WhatsApp before dispatch, then scale the ads that bring delivered orders rather than placed ones.
Yes, and the work looks different. A Jodia Bazaar importer or a Bolton Market trader needs a clean WhatsApp catalogue, a simple website a retailer from Multan or Quetta can trust, and Google Ads that catch searches for a supplier. Instagram followers matter far less than whether a shop owner elsewhere can find your number.

WhatsApp usNo. We do not travel to Karachi. We send a one-page photo guide covering light, background and angles, and your staff shoot on a phone. If you want studio product photography, a Karachi photographer can shoot it and upload the files to Drive for us to edit.
We plan for it rather than react. Vouchers, ad budgets, stock alerts and WhatsApp auto-replies are set up a couple of weeks before the event, so on the day the job is watching numbers and moving budget, not building campaigns from scratch.
The courier problems are the same everywhere in Pakistan; Karachi just ships more parcels. We read the courier and order data you share, mark refused and returned orders against the ad or listing that brought them, and change the plan based on delivered sales.
