What is E-E-A-T?
E-E-A-T stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness. It comes from the guidelines Google gives the human quality raters who assess search results, and Google describes trust as the most important of the four. It is not a direct ranking factor or a score you can check. It is a description of what Google's systems are trying to reward: content written by someone who has actually done the thing, with real credentials where they matter, on a site that is open about who runs it and how to reach them. It weighs heaviest on health, money, legal and safety topics.
What does E-E-A-T mean for a business in Pakistan?
Pakistani clinic, law and finance websites often carry no author name, no PMDC or bar registration reference and no physical address. That is the opposite of what E-E-A-T describes. Adding a named author, a real profile, the clinic's address in F-8 or wherever it actually is, and a working phone number is cheap and directly addresses trust.
A worked example
An Islamabad physiotherapy clinic's blog posts are signed Admin. It changes them to carry the treating physiotherapist's name, qualifications and a short bio, adds a clinic page with photos of the real treatment rooms and a map, and links each post to that bio. Nothing about the advice changed; who stands behind it is now visible.
