A hook we would test
“Aap ka CV chhe second mein reject hota hai — aur wajah aap ki degree nahi hai.” Then three real mistakes from this week's pile, each shown on screen with the fix.
TikTok marketing
We plan, script and edit short videos for your recruiter to front: CV teardowns with names blurred, interview questions twin-city employers really ask, and the reasons applications vanish after you press send. The goal is not viral numbers but a pool of NUST, COMSATS and Air University graduates who already trust you when roles open.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Fresh graduates take career advice from TikTok, often from people who have never hired anyone. A recruiter who screens CVs for real employers has the authority those creators lack. This is slow, compounding work: the final-year student watching your teardown is the applicant you place later, and the junior developer who becomes a team lead may hire through you. TikTok also cures the CV-typing confusion, because showing what a recruiter actually does is the clearest way to stop people asking you to format their CV.

A series idea
“Interview question of the week”: one question an Islamabad or Rawalpindi employer actually asked this month, the answer that failed, and the answer that got the candidate to round two.
Rarely directly. TikTok's strength for an Islamabad recruiter is candidates, especially graduates and junior staff, who later become the pool you fill roles from. Employers come mainly through LinkedIn and referrals. Treat TikTok as the candidate pipeline and judge it by registrations rather than by enquiries from HR managers.
Post what only a working recruiter can show: anonymised CV teardowns, real interview questions from twin-city employers, offer-letter and notice-period explainers, and what happens to an application after it is sent. Keep each one under a minute, captioned in Roman Urdu, and fronted by one recognisable person.

The Starter package covers short edits, daily posting and profile set-up with TikTok as your one platform; more videos or a second platform moves you to Growth or Pro.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usIt works far better with a face, because trust attaches to people. If nobody will appear, screen-recorded teardowns with a voiceover are the fallback. Filming stays simple: a phone, a quiet corner of your office and one batch session that covers several weeks.
If you only place senior executives, probably not; they do not choose a recruiter on TikTok. If you place graduates, juniors, sales staff or overseas workers, it is one of the few channels that reaches them before they apply anywhere else.
