A post opening we would test
“Your job ad pulled hundreds of applications and you still have no shortlist. That is not a candidate shortage. Three lines in the ad caused it, and here they are.” Then the three lines, each rewritten underneath.
LinkedIn personal branding
We run the founder's or lead recruiter's LinkedIn as the firm's shop window: five posts a week mixing live roles, screening opinions and salary commentary for twin-city employers, written in your voice and approved by you on WhatsApp. Candidates follow for the roles, HR managers follow for the judgement, and both end up in your DMs.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Recruitment is the rare trade where LinkedIn deserves first place, because the person who signs your placement invoice and the mid-career developer in I-8 you want to place are both scrolling it on a weekday morning. Your best proof is confidential — you cannot name who you placed or at what salary — so the profile has to prove competence another way: how you read a CV, what you tell a client whose budget is unrealistic, why a role stayed open. A named recruiter with opinions also stands apart from aggregator pages recycling identical vacancies.
The work
Examples
Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

Headline rewrite
From “HR Consultant | Talent Acquisition | Recruitment” to “I fill IT and finance roles for Islamabad and Rawalpindi SMEs · every CV read by a person, not a keyword filter”.
Yes, more than for almost any other trade, because both sides of your business use it. HR managers at Blue Area and I-9 companies hire through people they already recognise, and developers open to a move check a recruiter's profile before replying. It is weaker for volume blue-collar or Gulf hiring, which still runs on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Post your judgement: what you read first on a CV, why an offer fell through, what a long notice period really costs an employer, and salary bands with their source. Those are the posts an HR manager screenshots and forwards to her director. Live roles still matter, but written as a short brief rather than a pasted job description.
Pitfalls
Price
The Growth package covers ghost-written posts for one personal profile, the monthly strategy call and comment replies; a second person's profile, such as a co-founder's, is quoted separately.
Growth

A YouTube channel or business page that is posting but not growing.
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usYes. We draft them in your voice from a short weekly voice note or call about what happened on your desk, and you approve each one before it is published. Nothing about a client or candidate goes live without your clearance.
No cold outreach from your account. We handle posting, comments and the first reply to inbound messages. Client conversations stay with you, because a placement relationship cannot be handed to someone who has never met the hiring manager.
