A role post format
“Customer support agent — I-9 Industrial Area. Night shift. Fluent spoken English required. Fresh graduates welcome. To apply, comment the code CS-14 and we will message you the form. No CV photos please.”
Facebook marketing
We run your Facebook page as a hiring desk for volume roles — sales, call centre, admin, security guards, overseas placements — with daily job posts in English plus an Urdu line, screening questions built into each post, and Messenger replies that collect applications in a usable format instead of a blurry photo of a printed CV.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Volume recruitment in Pakistan still lives on Facebook. The applicant for a Saddar call-centre seat or a Gulf driving visa is not on LinkedIn; he is in three job groups and follows a dozen manpower pages. The trouble is that one post can bring hundreds of comments saying “interested” and almost nothing you can shortlist. Facebook pays off for this trade only when the post itself does the filtering: shift, location, the pay band if the client allows it, and two questions the applicant must answer before you ever call.

Scam-warning post
“We never ask candidates to pay for an interview. If anyone asks you to send money by JazzCash or Easypaisa in our name, it is not us. Screenshot it and send it to this page.”
Mostly through their own page plus local job groups, with every post written to filter rather than attract. Manpower offices in Saddar and Satellite Town fill volume roles this way because entry-level applicants search Facebook first. The agencies that cope with the volume ask for a role code and route everyone to a single form.
For entry-level and volume hiring it can, because those applicants are on Facebook every day and rarely keep a portal profile updated. For senior IT, finance or management roles it seldom does; those people use LinkedIn and Rozee. Most twin-city agencies need both, with Facebook carrying volume and LinkedIn carrying the higher-fee placements.

The Starter package covers posting, Marketplace listings and page set-up on Facebook; answering Messenger and comments every day is part of Growth, which is where most Facebook-heavy businesses end up.

A creator or small shop that has stopped posting and needs someone to keep it moving.
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usOnly when an urgent bulk requirement justifies it, and ad spend is paid separately to Meta. Most agency pages already attract enough applicants without ads; the real problem is sorting them, which is a posting and reply-flow job rather than a budget question.
Nobody can stop other people posting, but we can make your official page unmistakable: the real contact numbers in the intro, a pinned warning, and a saved reply for people asking whether an offer is genuine. Impersonation reports to Facebook go through your page as well.
