What is Carousel?
A carousel is a single Instagram or LinkedIn post containing more than one photo or video, which the viewer swipes through. Instagram allows up to twenty slides in one carousel. The format works because each swipe is time spent, and time spent is a ranking signal — a ten-slide carousel that people read to the end can hold a viewer longer than a Reel does. Carousels also get a second chance at reach: if someone does not engage with the first slide, Instagram may show them the post again with a later slide as the cover. They collect saves better than any other format, which is why teaching and price-list content belongs here.
What does Carousel mean for a business in Pakistan?
Carousels are the right format for anything a Pakistani customer wants to compare or keep: rate lists, package tiers, before-and-after, room-by-room house tours, admission requirements.
