Shoot plan
Arrive before the OPD opens. Thirty minutes to set up. Six topics at roughly ten minutes each, one wardrobe, one background. A walkthrough of the waiting area and consultation room while empty. Pack down before the first patient arrives.
Video production
We come to your clinic once a month, set up lights and microphones in your consulting room before the OPD starts, and record several short explainers in one sitting from outlines you have approved. No patients appear. You leave with a month of footage, and the room is back to normal before your first appointment.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A consultant's day leaves no slot for content. Mornings go to the theatre or wards, evenings to clinic until nine, and phone videos recorded in a hurry look and sound like it. The only workable rhythm is batching: one well-prepared session that produces a month of explainers. Filming in your own consulting room also builds trust, because patients see the room they will walk into. Production here has extra constraints: patient privacy, hospital permission and nothing on screen that reads as an advertisement.

Examples
Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

Topics we would batch
Fever in children: when to come in tonight. Reading a sugar report. Antibiotics for sore throats. What to bring to a first visit. Fasting on medication. Winter coughs that are not a cold.
By recording in batches. One prepared session a month in your clinic in Islamabad or Rawalpindi can produce enough explainers for weekly posting. The editing, captions and scheduling happen without you. The only weekly task is approving the edits on WhatsApp, which usually takes a few minutes between patients.
Usually with the hospital's permission, and never with identifiable patients. Most hospitals in Islamabad have a marketing or admin office that approves filming. Private clinic rooms are simpler. We plan shoots before or after OPD hours and frame them so no patient information can appear on screen.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usNo. We bring the equipment for production sessions. For quick weekly clips between sessions, a phone on a small tripod with a clip-on microphone is enough, and we will recommend a simple setup.
Yes. Most doctors film in Urdu for patients and occasionally in English for colleagues or overseas audiences. Captions are added in both languages either way.
