Answered · How to
Why was my TikTok ad rejected?
The rejection notice in Ads Manager names the policy, and the usual culprits are exaggerated claims, before-and-after images, restricted products, poor video or audio quality, or a landing page that does not match the ad. Fix the specific issue and resubmit. Health, beauty, finance and education ads from Pakistan get the most scrutiny.
Meri TikTok ad reject kyun ho gayi?
The longer answer
TikTok reviews every ad before it runs, checking the video, the text, the audio and the destination. When something fails, Ads Manager shows a rejection reason on the ad. Read that first; it usually points to a category such as misleading claims, prohibited products, landing page issues or low-quality creative. Guessing and resubmitting the same video with a new caption rarely works.
Claims are the most common problem for small businesses. 'Guaranteed results in 7 days', 'Pakistan's number one', 'lose weight without effort' and similar lines fail because they are absolute or unverifiable. Before-and-after imagery for weight loss, skin and hair is restricted, and so is anything that implies the viewer has a body or health problem. Clinics, aesthetic centres and supplement sellers in the twin cities run into this constantly.
Technical quality matters too. Videos with black bars, blurry footage, missing sound where sound is expected, or text cut off by the TikTok interface can be rejected or simply perform badly. Landing pages must load, work on mobile, match what the ad promises, and show the business clearly. A page that is under construction, or a WhatsApp link with no business information anywhere, invites rejection.
If you believe the decision is wrong, you can appeal from Ads Manager. Keep appeals factual and short. Do not try to slip a rejected ad through again with tiny changes, because repeated violations can restrict the whole account, which hurts far more than one lost ad. When in doubt, rewrite the claim as something you can prove.
