What is Meta title?
The meta title is the clickable blue line Google shows for your page, and the text that appears in the browser tab. It lives in the page's HTML as the title tag, and it is not the same thing as the heading visitors read on the page itself, although the two should agree. Google rewrites titles it does not like, so the safe approach is to put the main phrase near the front, keep it under about 60 characters so it does not get cut off, and add the city or brand at the end after a dash. One title per page, never duplicated across the site.
What does Meta title mean for a business in Pakistan?
Local titles work hardest with the area name in them, because people here almost always search with a location attached. Dental Clinic — Best Care, Trusted Service tells Google nothing; Dental Implants in F-8 Islamabad — Cost and Timeline tells it everything. Urdu script renders fine in titles, but Roman Urdu usually matches more searches, since most people type on an English keyboard.
A worked example
A Saddar mobile repair shop changes its homepage title from Home | Mobile Zone — 18 characters, no keyword, no city — to Mobile Phone Repair in Saddar Rawalpindi — Same-Day Screen Fix, which is 62 characters. That is two over the safe 60, so Google may trim the last word, which costs nothing because the phrase people type sits in the first six words.
