What is LocalBusiness schema?
LocalBusiness schema is a block of structured data, written in a standard vocabulary from schema.org, that states a business's facts in a form machines can read without guessing: name, address, phone, opening hours, map coordinates, price range, area served and links to its social profiles. More specific types exist for many trades, such as Dentist, Restaurant or AutoRepair. It does not rank a site by itself. It removes ambiguity, so Google and AI assistants can match the website to the Business Profile and quote the right hours and phone number.
