A Monday post
'Is hafte clinic mein zyada tar maosmi bukhar aur khansi ke mareez aa rahe hain. Teen din se zyada bukhar ho to test zaroor karwayein.' Written from what your doctors report, with timings added and no diagnosis.
Facebook marketing
We would run the clinic's Facebook page like a neighbourhood notice board: a Monday post on what is going around this week, doctor timings, dengue and flu-season reminders, and Urdu answers to the questions families ask before walking in. We would also answer in local sector and society groups from the page, helpfully and never as an advert.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A family clinic is recommended more often than it is discovered. In PWD, Ghauri Town and G-11, those recommendations happen in Facebook residents' groups: 'Raat ko koi clinic khula hai?' or 'Achha bachon ka doctor kaun hai?' A clinic whose page looks alive, with current timings and useful local posts, is the one people tag. Facebook also reaches the older patients who manage sugar and blood pressure with you for years and never opened Instagram. For a walk-in practice, being the trusted local page beats a polished brand.

Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

A group question worth answering
'G-11 mein raat 9 baje ke baad koi clinic khula hota hai?' Reply from the page with timings, location and phone number, and nothing more promotional than that.
Post useful, local, current information: doctor timings, what illnesses are going around this week, seasonal reminders like dengue precautions, and simple guidance on when to visit. A clinic in G-9, I-10 or Satellite Town becomes the page neighbours share when it feels like a reliable local service rather than an advertiser.
Yes, with care. Meta's health policies restrict ads that imply someone has a condition or promise outcomes, so ads should promote services, timings and location in neutral terms. For a neighbourhood clinic in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, a modest boost of a timings or services post to nearby areas is usually enough.

The Starter package covers posting, Marketplace listings and page set-up on Facebook; answering Messenger and comments every day is part of Growth, which is where most Facebook-heavy businesses end up.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usWe draft from what your doctors tell us, and they approve it before posting. We never add medical claims on our own, and posts point people toward seeing a doctor rather than treating themselves.
Not for a walk-in clinic. Facebook builds trust and recommendations, but many new patients find you on Google Maps. The Business bundle pairs the two, with a website and Google Business Profile alongside one or two social platforms.
