A conversation we would design
Patient: 'Aaj lady doctor hain?' Assistant: 'Ji, Dr. Ayesha aaj shaam 5 se 9 baje tak clinic mein hain. Walk-in welcome hai. Location ka link ye raha.' Doctor names and hours swapped for yours.
AI chatbots
We would build a WhatsApp and website assistant that answers the routine questions your reception cannot pick up while the doctor is out: today's timings, which doctor sits when, whether walk-ins are fine, the services on offer and directions. Questions about symptoms or medicines are passed to staff, and anything urgent gets emergency contact details at once.
On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Many neighbourhood clinics only have a doctor in the evening, yet the phone and WhatsApp ring all day with the same questions: are you open, is there a lady doctor, do I need an appointment, where do I park. Each unanswered message is a patient who tries the next clinic. An assistant that knows your timings, doctors and services can answer those instantly in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English. It must never play doctor, so the design matters as much as the technology: clear limits, clear handover and a log the staff can check.
The work
Examples
Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

A handover message
Patient: 'Bachay ko teen din se bukhar hai, kaun si dawa dun?' Assistant: 'Dawa ke baare mein doctor hi bata sakte hain. Aap ka message staff ko bhej diya hai. Haalat serious ho to foran qareebi emergency jaayein.'
It is safe when the chatbot only answers practical questions and hands anything medical to a person. Timings, doctors on duty, services and directions are ideal for automation. For a clinic in G-9 or Satellite Town, the real risk comes from chatbots that guess medical answers, so strict limits matter most.
It can take appointment requests and confirm walk-in timings, then pass them to reception to confirm. For walk-in clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, a request system usually works better than a full booking calendar, because doctors' schedules change and the team still wants to confirm each slot personally.

The Business bundle covers building and maintaining a website chatbot; chatbot platform or AI usage fees are paid by you, and multi-channel setups are quoted after the audit.

A local shop, clinic or service that needs to be findable, not just posted.
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usAnswers come only from the information you approve, so mistakes usually mean something changed and was not updated. We keep a log, review it with you, and fix gaps quickly. Medical questions are never answered by the bot at all.
A basic assistant on WhatsApp or your website is scoped under the Business bundle. A more involved setup, such as booking across several doctors or a connection to clinic software, is quoted after we understand how your reception actually works.
