Walkthrough structure
4pm arrival and setup · deghs and live stations · buffet presentation close-ups · head chef explaining timing for a large barat · service in progress without guest faces · cleanup. Around ten minutes, with chapter labels.
Video production
We come to one of your functions and film what a family cannot see in a quote: the kitchen team arriving, deghs being set, the buffet laid out, live BBQ stations running, staff serving four hundred guests on time. Then we cut a walkthrough for YouTube and Facebook and a set of short clips for the season.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
The question every family asks a caterer is 'can you handle this many people?', and photos answer it badly. A ten-minute walkthrough of a wedding you catered answers every question before they pick up the phone: setup, hygiene, staff, presentation, timing. Caterers almost never have this footage because they are busy cooking in someone else's marquee. One planned filming day per season, at an event where the host agrees, produces enough material for months of posts and a video you can send every serious enquiry.

A short clip idea
Time-lapse of an empty marquee becoming a full buffet in thirty seconds, text: '400 mehmaan, setup 4 ghante mein.' Figures illustrative and only used if true for that event.
Because the real question is capacity, and video shows it. A walkthrough of a wedding catered in Rawalpindi or Islamabad shows setup, staff and service in motion, which photos cannot. Families who have watched it arrive at the meeting already trusting you, and spend less time negotiating.
We focus on the catering areas and arrive with your team for setup, before guests come. During service we film the stations and staff, not the families, and keep equipment small. The host agrees beforehand, and anything featuring guests is left out unless they consent.

Editing the footage sits inside the Growth package; on-location shoot days in Islamabad or Rawalpindi are quoted separately, depending on location, crew and equipment.

Wherever the work happens and the owner allows it: halls, marquees, farmhouses, or your own kitchen for preparation shots. Kitchen footage is especially useful for answering hygiene questions.
