Under Fulfilled by Daraz, you send stock to a Daraz warehouse in advance. When an order comes, Daraz picks, packs and ships it, and your listing can show faster delivery. That removes daily packing and pickups from your workload and can reduce late shipments, which protect your seller rating. The costs are storage and handling, set out in Daraz's FBD fee schedule, and the money tied up in stock sitting in a warehouse. Products that sell slowly keep incurring storage fees, and returning unsold stock to yourself takes time and may cost money. Bulky items cost more to store. Custom products, such as made-to-order furniture or personalised gifts, do not fit the model at all.

Control is the other consideration. With your own fulfilment you choose the packaging, add your thank-you card and fix problems yourself. With FBD you rely on the warehouse's standard packing, and stock counts between your own shop and Daraz need careful management so you do not oversell.

A sensible path: begin by fulfilling orders yourself from Islamabad or Rawalpindi, learn which products sell steadily, and then move only those reliable sellers into FBD while keeping slow or bulky items on self-fulfilment. Calculate the per-unit fulfilment cost against the time and courier handling you save, using the current fees, before committing a large shipment.
