How do I pay for Facebook and Instagram ads from Pakistan?

Meta's billing lives inside the ad account, under Billing and payments in Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager. When an ad account is set up you pick its country, currency and time zone. Changing currency later is awkward and generally means a new ad account, so decide once. The payment methods offered then depend on that country and currency; check what your own account shows rather than trusting a screenshot from someone else's.

For most Pakistani businesses the practical method is a card. The usual failure point is the bank, not Meta: cards switched off for international e-commerce, low monthly limits on foreign transactions, or a security block on the first charge. Turn on online and international use in your banking app, check the limit against your planned spend, and keep a second card on the account. Repeated failed payments can restrict an ad account, which is far harder to undo than a declined charge.

Avoid shortcuts. Paying someone to run your ads through their 'agency account' or a rented ad account means your campaigns, pixel data and history sit in an account you do not control. If that account is restricted for someone else's behaviour, your ads stop too. Using a friend's card is a smaller version of the same risk, and it complicates your records.

Your bank statement will rarely match Ads Manager to the rupee. Exchange rates, bank fees and any taxes your bank applies change the final figure. Those are questions for your bank, and worth asking before the first month so the gap does not look like an error.
