How to grow a YouTube channel from zero in Pakistan
Pick one narrow topic, upload every week for six months, and measure watch time instead of subscribers. In the channels we run, almost nothing moves until roughly 25 videos are up. Budget PKR 15,000 a month for editing help, or two full weekends of your own time every month.

The longer answer
Narrow the topic until it feels uncomfortable. "Islamabad property" is not a channel; "buying a plot in Bahria Town Phase 8 under 50 lakh" is. A narrow channel gets recommended because YouTube can work out who to show it to after four or five videos. A broad one confuses the system for a year. Write down the ten questions your future viewer would type into the search bar in Urdu or English, and make those your first ten videos, in that order.
Then fix the rhythm before you fix the quality. One video a week, same day, for six months, is worth more than four videos in a burst and then a silent Eid month. Film two or three at a time so a load-shedding afternoon or a wedding in the family does not break the streak. Keep a charged power bank and a UPS-backed light in the room you film in, because in most of Rawalpindi you will lose power mid-take at some point.
Watch three numbers only: average view duration, click-through rate on impressions, and the retention graph at the 30-second mark. If people leave in the first half minute, the problem is your opening, not the algorithm. If nobody clicks, the problem is the title and thumbnail pair. Subscribers are a lagging effect of both, which is why chasing them directly wastes months.
On money: AdSense in Pakistan pays a small fraction of what the same views earn in the US or UK, so plan on brand deals, your own services or affiliate work paying you first.
