How to get 1000 subscribers

Subscribers are a conversion, not a reward. Someone watches, gets value, and then decides whether more of that is coming. So the ask belongs after the payoff — around 60 to 70 percent through the video, right after you have answered the thing the title promised — not in the first ten seconds when you have earned nothing. Say it once, in a specific sentence: "Agar aap Islamabad mein ghar dhoondh rahe hain, main har hafte aik area cover karta hoon" beats "like, share, subscribe".

Then fix the two pages people land on before deciding. Your channel banner should say what the channel is about in plain words, not your name in a fancy font. Your top three playlists should be your three real topics. Your channel trailer should be under 60 seconds and answer one question: why should I come back. Half the channels we audit in the twin cities have a banner from 2022 and no playlists at all, which quietly costs them every visitor who was already interested.

The volume side is simple arithmetic. Nine months at 111 subscribers a month gets you there, and a single video that finds its audience often brings 200 in a fortnight, so the monthly average is lumpier than the table looks. Shorts bring subscribers cheaply but they subscribe to a face, not a topic, so pair every batch of shorts with one long video they can be pushed toward — a pinned comment linking it does more than any end screen.

Do not buy the last 300. Bought subscribers never watch, your average view duration drops, and the channel gets shown to fewer real people afterwards. We have refused this request often enough to know it is the fastest way to make a channel harder to fix.
