How many videos can I get from one shoot day?

The output of a shoot is set by three things: how many distinct ideas were prepared, how well the person on camera can deliver them, and how much supporting footage is captured. If the owner of a clinic in G-10 has a list of patient questions to answer, each answer becomes its own short video. If nobody has decided what the videos are about, the day produces nice footage and very few finished posts.

A few habits multiply what one day yields. Record talking-head answers one question at a time, so each stands alone. Capture a library of supporting shots, such as the entrance, products, hands at work and the street outside, that editors can reuse across many videos. Film the most important pieces in both vertical and horizontal if they will run on YouTube as well as Reels. Change shirts or locations between groups of clips so a month of posts does not look like one afternoon.

The practical limit is usually editing rather than filming.
