What is the best time to post in Pakistan
Two windows work across almost every account we run: 1:00 to 2:30 pm, when offices break for lunch, and 8:30 to 11:00 pm, after dinner. Friday afternoon is dead until about 3 pm because of Jummah, and Ramadan moves everything to after Taraweeh.
Pakistan mein post karne ka best time kya hai?
The longer answer
Posting time is a small lever, so fix it last. It decides how quickly your first hundred viewers arrive, not whether the video is good. But once the content is right, the difference between posting at 4 pm and 9 pm on the same Reel is real, and it costs nothing to get correct.
The Pakistani day has a shape you can plan around. Mornings before 10 am belong to news and WhatsApp, not to scrolling. Lunch, roughly 1 to 2:30 pm, is the strongest daytime window in Blue Area, I-8 and the Rawalpindi commercial belt — people are on their phones at their desks. The evening block from 8:30 pm onward is the biggest of the day, and it stretches later than most international advice assumes; 11 pm still performs in Pakistan where it would be dead in London.
Then there are the local exceptions that generic scheduling tools get wrong. Friday: nothing lands between 12:30 and 2:30. Ramadan: the afternoon collapses, sehri (around 3 to 4:30 am) becomes a genuine window for food and religious content, and the 9:30 pm to 1 am block after Taraweeh is the busiest scrolling period of the entire year. Eid days themselves are for stories and greetings, not for launching a piece of work you care about. Wedding season, roughly November to February, quietly pulls weekend evenings down as people are at halls rather than at home.
Do not take our windows as gospel — open your own analytics. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all show when your followers are active, and a channel serving overseas Pakistanis in the Gulf or the UK will have a completely different curve. We set schedules from each client's own numbers in the first month, then leave them alone unless something changes.
The numbers
| Platform | Best weekday window | Second window | Ramadan shift |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram Reels | 8:30–11:00 pm | 1:00–2:30 pm | After Taraweeh, 9:30 pm–1:00 am |
| TikTok | 9:00 pm–12:00 am | 2:00–4:00 pm | Post-iftar and sehri, 3:00–4:30 am |
| YouTube long-form | 6:00–8:00 pm | Saturday 11:00 am–1:00 pm | Late night, after 10:30 pm |
| Facebook page | 7:00–9:30 pm | 12:30–2:00 pm | Immediately after iftar |
| Tue–Thu 9:30–11:00 am | 3:00–4:30 pm | Little change; volume drops |
Friday 12:30–2:30 pm is avoided on every account. Your own follower-activity chart beats any general table.
