What is Ad spend?
Ad spend is the money that goes to the platform itself — Meta, TikTok or Google — in exchange for showing your ads. It is not the same thing as an agency fee. The fee pays for the work of planning, shooting, editing, targeting and watching the numbers; ad spend is the raw media cost, and it is charged to your own payment method so every rupee appears in your own billing tab. We keep the two separate and never take a cut of ad spend or mark it up. Treat it as a monthly line item you can raise or cut without touching anything else, because it is the one number that scales results up and down almost immediately.

Local debit cards get declined on international charges, so budget for a card that works or set up a proper billing method before you plan a campaign. Your bank may also add its own charge on top. Meta does not accept JazzCash or Easypaisa directly, so pay the agency by wallet if you like, but the ad money needs a card or bank route.
A worked example
A DHA Phase 2 dental clinic runs the Growth package at PKR 35,000 a month and sets aside PKR 20,000 for ads. Total monthly outlay: PKR 55,000. The PKR 20,000 goes from the clinic's own card straight to Meta, and the clinic can open its billing tab and see every charge itself.
