Costs in PKR

How often to post, by platform and goal

Three to five posts a week is the working minimum for a business account, and five to seven for a creator building an audience. Our Starter delivers eight pieces a month, Growth sixteen. Below two a week, the accounts we manage lose their steady baseline reach. Pick fixed days and keep them.

What these numbers actually mean

Consistency beats volume for a specific mechanical reason: your regular viewers learn when to expect you and the platform learns what your normal performance looks like. An account that posts fourteen times in one week and then nothing for three weeks gives both audiences and the ranking system nothing to hold on to. Two posts every Tuesday and Friday for six months will out-perform the same number of posts dumped in bursts, and it is far easier to sustain.

Batch on one day. Almost every client who keeps a schedule for more than three months films everything in a single two-hour session — usually Sunday morning before the shop gets busy — and lets us cut, caption and schedule it across the following weeks. Trying to make one post on the day you want to publish it is how people quit. The Ramadan schedule proves this: clients who batched before the first roza kept posting; the ones who did not went quiet by the second week.

When you cannot keep the full cadence, cut platforms before you cut frequency. Three real Reels a week on Instagram alone works. One post a week each on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn does not work anywhere. Pick the one platform where your buyers actually are, hold the schedule there for ninety days, and only add a second when the first one runs without you thinking about it.
