We visit in person
We market Fateh Jang businesses whose buyers mostly live somewhere else: property dealers selling land along Fateh Jang Road, transport services running airport trips, builders and farmhouse owners. We drive out to film plots, sites and vehicles, then run Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, landing pages and websites from Islamabad.
Monthly packages from PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate and paid straight to the platform.
How it works
Fateh Jang is close enough to Islamabad that site visits are easy, and for property that matters: we film plots, road access and landmarks ourselves. The first meeting is in person. After that we work over WhatsApp and a shared Drive folder, and come back when there is a new site, a new project phase or new vehicles to film.

The market
Fateh Jang was a farming and market town for most of its history, and much of that remains: livestock, rain-fed crops and a main bazaar serving the surrounding villages. Islamabad International Airport and the roads around it have changed the picture. Land along Fateh Jang Road now draws buyers from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and abroad, construction and transport businesses have grown, and many customers research a plot or a service online, often from another city, before they ever drive out to see it.
Services
Online first, in most cases. Buyers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and abroad search for plots near the airport or along Fateh Jang Road, watch walkthrough videos and message dealers on WhatsApp before they visit. A dealer with clear location videos, plain documentation details and quick replies is the one who gets the site visit.
Services people search for when they are ready to book or buy. Airport transfers, car rental, construction, solar and specific plot locations are searched by name. Broad terms like property in Islamabad are expensive and mostly reach the wrong buyer, so ads should name Fateh Jang, the airport or the exact road.
Some do; most need less than they think. Bazaar shops selling to the surrounding villages do well with a Google Maps listing and a WhatsApp catalogue. Social media earns its time for businesses selling beyond the town, such as property, construction, farmhouses and transport to and from the airport.

WhatsApp usYes, that is a main reason we visit. We film the road approach, plot boundaries and nearby landmarks. Drone flying near the airport is restricted, so we keep to ground footage unless permission is clear. Shoots are planned around light and weather so the footage stays usable for months.
We can run ads to Pakistanis abroad and make content that answers their questions about location, access, documentation and who will represent them locally. Legal checks and transfers stay with you and the buyer's lawyer; our job is accurate, clear marketing.
No, and it should not be presented that way. Fateh Jang is in Attock district. Ads and listings should say so plainly and describe the drive from Islamabad or the airport, because a buyer who feels misled about the location rarely completes the deal.
