Can you design thumbnails if I only have phone photos of the device?

Yes. A clean phone photo near a window, against a plain background, is enough for a thumbnail. We send a short guide on angles and lighting so your photos are consistent from review to review.

Do you include the price on the thumbnail?

Only as a bracket when the video is built around one. An exact price on the image goes out of date, and replacing thumbnails every time PTA rates shift is wasted effort. The bracket stays true much longer.
