Why it fits
Booking platforms bring Murree hotels guests, but they take a commission and own the relationship. A website is where returning families, office groups and visitors who found you on Instagram go to check you are real before sending an advance. It also has to work on patchy hill signal, because many visitors look you up while already driving up. A heavy site full of sliders and autoplay video fails exactly when it matters. It helps if you want direct bookings. Platforms and Instagram bring people in, but a simple site with room pages, directions and policies is where cautious families confirm you are real before paying an advance. A guest house with a handful of rooms needs a few clear pages, not an elaborate design.
You probably cannot avoid it entirely, but you can reduce it. Give returning guests and Instagram followers a direct route: a website, a WhatsApp number and a reason to book directly, such as flexible check-in or breakfast included. Keep platform listings for new visitors who search there first.

The city
Murree is one of the towns we drive to. The first meeting and the shoots happen on your premises, timed for clear weather and empty rooms, ideally before the season starts. After that the work runs from Islamabad over WhatsApp and a shared Drive folder, and we come back up when the next batch of photos or video is due, including a snow shoot when the first fall arrives.
